After wearing glasses for 30+ years I began having periods of double vision while driving. Made an appointment with Dr. Ricchiuti who diagnosed the problem was cataracts due to my age of 75. VERY personable doctor that explained about the surgery and the fact that after the surgeries I would no longer require glasses for driving. He recommended Dr. Ekta Patel do the surgeries. Eyes were done two weeks apart at Moorestown and I have absolutely no complaints. The lady that did both check ins, preop steps and taking you to the surgery area is Professional-Proficient and a nice person. My second eye was done 05-29-26 and the tech (I wish I knew her name) that established my IV should be teaching others how to perform it correctly and painlessly. I'm so upset coming in to my appointmen. i made this appointment 3-4 months prior. I was told to get a referral. I called my pcp doctor a month prior and I call the week of my appointment asking if they received it and I was told I was all set, only to come to the appointment and them delaying it because of the referral was for a different doctor in their office. front desk needs to do better they gave me the wrong NPI number. I would only recommend this office because of Dr. Ricchiuti,He is a great doctor. He listen to his patients and any of there concerns?But the front desk is ridiculous,they do not greet their patience in they act like nobody is standing, in front of them. Also front desk never answers there phone. I don't understand, office looks like they need more help are more training. read more

Ordered two pair of glasses, have had to follow up twice for the order. It has been 5 weeks since they were ordered. I wish I had read reviews before going to this location. I was promised return calls twice. Very disheartening that management would allow such poor service. read more

My husband was in and out in 3 hrs for each eye! Had mine done at a different place and it was an all day thing each time.

I have filed a complaint against this office with the ADA. I am medically exempt from masks BUT willing to wear my own personal mask. I was questioned on what the material was made of and why I medically can not wear a mask. Corporate had to be called. Then was told i would have to wear the paper mask made in China over top of my personal mask! That is illegal. I was refused an appointment! ADA Under title III I was discriminated against for my disability. Accommodations should be made for me! I will never return to this office nor will any family member or friends!! read more

Just about the worst service you can get. I have called and left messages 4 times in the last week just to order more contacts. Not one person has gotten back to me!!! I even dialed a different extension and was finally connected to AN ACTUAL PERSON who said they would take a message. NOTHING. Don't know why they're so behind on the times, but there should be a patient portal so it's easy to access and find out what my prescription is. That way I would have just ordered online. You're probably wondering why I don't just look at the box or packaging, which I shouldn't even have to explain because there should be an easy way for me to look up my prescription, but I didn't find the need to pack empty contact boxes in my move back to Jersey from California so... I will be finding a new eye doctor read more

My eye felt better when i woke up for the day of my appointment. I cancelled it fairly no hassle. Its afterwards, that changed my mind about this place. In the first 16 hours after I cancelled, i have received 2 emails, 3 missed calls and about 4 text messages asking me to reschedule. The follow up system is way too spammy and aggressive. Its worse than leaving a car dealership. I dont trust any company that responds like this. read more

I have been a patient here for years, unfortunately will not be back. The staff was always just fine - but I will be taking myself elsewhere once they changed the hours. The latest appointments were 3:00 and not open on weekends. Plenty of places that are more accommodating. read more

I have been going to this place for years. I go annually for my routine eye exam & have purchased glasses from them. I went in November for my routine eye exam, which is covered by my insurance with $0 co-pay. I saw a new doctor. I then get a bill in the mail for $50. I called the billing office & was rudely told that it was submitted as a medical claim because the doctor found something & she wouldn't change it. I asked what she found & was told of a condition that she did not diagnose & said I had cataracts starting which I was told about last year by a different doctor. The doctor said she would like to send me for glaucoma testing & I only agreed because that is also covered by my insurance with a $0 co-pay. I got a $50 bill for that also. They made another appointment for me to get the results. I was there all of 5 mins & you guessed it, I got a bill for $50. I could have gotten the results over the phone. I have contacted my insurance & they can't do anything because the doctor keeps submitting the bills with medical codes & diagnosis'. I found out the group has been taken over by Prism Vision Group and it's obvious what their agenda is: TO MAKE MONEY. Find another eye doctor. I will not be returning to this practice & I am filing a claim against them with BBB & AMA. read more
