Denied my insurance because I have high blood pressure. "It causes increased pressure in your eyes which makes it a medical condition so your vision insurance can't be used." I've been going there at least ten years with the same insurance. This never happened before I won't be back read more

And, now that a Wills eye hospital surgeon confirmed I had blepharitis, do I go back to Kresloff's office to manage this condition or find another doctor. Genuinely terrible. I have gone there for the past 20+ years. Minor issues the past couple years but this past visit they billed insurance incorrectly and got me for $125 for my annual which is totally covered if billed properly. Was on countless calls for weeks from all sides until they finally understood and admitted they are in network with the same insurance co I've only ever used every time. Every person I dealt with was nasty except 1. They prescribed me contacts that are discontinued by the manufacturer and now I'm currently left begging for a new rx before I run out. It's been 4 months and this nightmare still is not over. They never sent me my medical record which I submitted their release form for 3 months ago. They have incorrect address and billing notes and names all over random billing documents they've emailed to me (like my mom's name who used to go there, my old address, etc???) All of my info has been updated for many years at this point through their system and I have gotten mail at my proper address from them so I have clue whats going on over there. DO NOT RECOMMEND. The staff was courteous and professional, my appointment was on time, but I have an optical problem that was not addressed. it is difficult to read regular print. I was prescribed bifocals,which I specifically requested not to prescribe. After breaking the prescription down and getting new glasses, the reading glasses are worse than no glasses at all. Although the optometrist said I had no problems, my eyesight was fuzzy and is getting worse. I'll have to find an ophthalmologist who may be able to help. I went to Dr Kresloff years ago, they were excellent, but this trip was a total waste of time and money. read more

I made a July 2nd at 3:45 pm appointment online when I walked in to register they said I didn't have an appointment. I had to wait for a confirmation. Instead of honoring the appointment they allowed me to transfer my medical records elsewhere. Hmmm this is how much they care for there patients. It had been about 2 years since my last eye exam but over 16 years since I have been to this office. From the moment I walked in, everything was extremely friendly. The doctor and her aid explained everything they were doing and what each test would find so I would understand. I don't need to male another appointment for another 2 years, but I will be sure to go back to this office! read more

Dr Micheal Kresloff is fantastic, my issue is the manager of the eye glass center extremely poor quality not so much . Would not recommend

I had surgery for a cataract recently. Doctor Karen Levy and Doctor Michael Kresloff made the entire process, that had been postponed because of Covid 19, a wonderful experience. I couldn't be happier with the ultra professional attention each paid to me. My eye sight has been restored to the way it was when I was 12! I highly recommend these doctors. The optical shop is a bit overpriced for my liking but my wife is very happy with the service and the glasses she got there. I'd easily give the doctors 5+ stars! read more

My husband and I went to Kresloff and Young for the first time and we have never had such a great eye exam! The staff are very pleasant and answers all your questions. They explained our insurance to us. We felt very comfortable there and were very happy with came to this office. We stopped by the optical department on our way out and order our glasses there too. Be 100% sure that they know your insurance and take your plan. I set up an appointment a month out and was told the day of my visit that they didn't take the specific plan. I'm sure I explained it to them clearly. They even told me what my copay would be. read more

This was my first visit and I received the most thorough eye exam ever! The office staff are so pleasant and helpful, explained my insurance and made me feel very comfortable. My appointment was with Dr Mark Young who was excellent & I had the most thorough eye exam ever as I was worried bc glaucoma runs in my family. Afterwards I stopped at the optical dept w my prescription & ordered my glasses with ease. Totally recommend this office for any of your eye exams, etc. read more

One star because there is no "stay away!" Button. One of the worst experiences we ever had! i made 2 appointments, one for me one for my child. When we went there they told me they did not have my child on their schedule. although it was their mistake, the manager (I am assuming, since the others went to her and told her what happened) was very rude and condescending. Finally they told me that it was fixed and we would both be examined that day. exams were for both glasses and contacts. after the exam, we ok ordered the glasses. They told me they were going to order sample contact lenses for me. i was going to try and let them know. for my daughter, they were going to order sample lenses and schedule a session to see if she can use them, etc. I tried the lenses and they were way off. I went there to pick up my glasses last Thursday and on the same day I told them about the lenses. they took a note and told me that Dr.Karen would call me back. no word so far. it has been a week. I called a few times, left a message. No one called me back. No one called me about my daughter's contact lens appointment either. I called today and asked to speak with either Dr.Young and Dr.Kresloff and of course I was not able to talk to them. I paid for something that has no use. none of us have clear prescriptions. My daughter did not even receive her prescription. This is unacceptable. Please do not waste your time and money by going here. read more

Drs. are excellent but front desk staff are awful. Since expanding practice wait times have gone up to almost 2 hours as of last visit, with no place to even sit, the waiting room was packed. Obviously grossly overbooking. Appt. changes and mistakes are constant with errors being blamed on the patient. The Dr. I was using left the practice and I was never notified! My yearly appt.? Never existed according to staff. Called and left message, changing my spouses appt. to different day and time without even a "is this OK"? Was charged for service I told them NOT to perform if insurance didn't cover it. Blamed me.. I Should know. How do I know which test is which and no one tells me up front? Sorry, but looking elsewhere. read more

Highly recommend this office. I have taken my son here for several eye injuries, most recently for one that was pretty bad. I have total trust in the doctors here. My son is doing fine and our whole family is using the office for routine eye exams. I always feel well informed by the doctors and assistants. Most pleasant eye professionals you will ever meet. However, with Frank it was a totally different story: He messed my order, but instead of an apology, all I got was a big attitude.
