THe tell you want eye drops they are putting in and why. Dr. Vrabek is professional and really good at what he does. After having this catarac syrgery done I feel like a fifth grader that can see again when I got my first glasses. It is so cool to not have to reach for my glasses in the morning. His staff has all the latest medical tools for a thorough exam (they even got rid of the "air puff" test for glaucoma, which I hated! Their new tool is much nicer!) Their facilities are always bright and gleaming. It is spotless! You feel as though you are walking into a new building (and it is fairly new), and are treated like royalty!
