New patient experience...and it was excellent! Had RLE (out of state) that went well until we were at our lake home here for the summer and my left eye started seeing flashes and floaters. Called my out of state docs who said I should se someone asap and was referred to Dr Raven at New Vision Center. From the receptionist who checked me in (Lisa ;-) to the RN how took me back (didn't get her name but equally wonderful), Dr Raven and team were exceptional! read more

I started going to NEW Vision this past April 2024 for a glaucoma testing and was extremely impressed with the people and the experience I had. I decided to call for my annual eye exam and try them out for that since they had given me such great care. When I called, the office staff worked with me to find a day and time that worked for me. I recommend Dr. Jessica Kulick for your next eye exam. I also purchased new glasses from NEW Vision and worked with Elijah. He answered all my questions and helped me with all the options. My husband and I both had an appointment and was with a "new" dr for us. She was the best asked questions and listened. I had 6 pairs yes 6 pairs of glasses that I brought in wasn't sure which ones were to close to what I should be wearing . They readed the prescriptions and helped me out. We didn't have time to order our glasses and they were understanding and are going back in the morning to order. Let us know what would be the best time. Friendly and affordable for families. read more

The entire staff if very friendly and helpful. Lots of great frame selections and the new location on Washburn has a discount on glasses

The Doctors are very thorough when it comes to patient appointments and patient care. However the professionalism amongst management is subpar. When management thrives on drama there is no room for success. I was employed at Northeast Wisconsin Vision and it was a constant battle for consistency and fairness. Good work ethic and loyalty mean nothing to this establishment. I would recommend it for patients but it is not a great place to work. read more

Did I mention the fresh chocolate-chip cookies? If you are looking for an eye doctor and supplier of a huge variety of frames, InSight is the place to go!

They are more interested in upselling than getting your order right. We spent time going over options for frames and lenses and measuring where the bifocal line should be for close up and mid range vision. What I received were non bifocal glasses for distance vision. And btw it will cost hundreds more for the correct lenses. Then what did I actually pay for? And they were not at all apologetic. I was ready to say refund me and walk away except that I would have to start all over somewhere else.
