I felt like she was more interested in making money than my vision. So I called Castleman. Dr. Singh was awesome! She said some people have bad cataracts and can see, while other's have not so bad cataracts yet can't. I had dropless surgery to remove the cataracts and the difference was astounding! No more blurry vision. Dr. Singh recommended picking up some dollar store glasses for reading as the only thing I would need. Castleman Eye Center was professional, they answer all your questions, and is now my new eye care place.

I was there three times in the past month, for exams for three different people, and not once saw any cleaning or sanitizing done. I had glasses shoved onto my face and my children's faces, and saw smudges and finger prints all over them. I was encouraged to lower or remove my mask to get a better view of the frames. One communal pen and notebook is used to sign in, I saw no hand sanitizer anywhere. I'm disappointed that a medical office, of all places, has such low disinfecting standards. I will not be back to purchase frames or receive any exams in the near future, which is unfortunate as there was nothing wrong with the actual exam itself. I'm just not willing to risk the health and safety of myself or my family, we will find another office that can at least wipe things down and wear masks properly.

I soon found out that Dean is a personal stylist there and he does a fantastic job connecting with people and helping them find the perfect pair of glasses. You can really tell he enjoys his job! The only odd ball of the group is Alan, one of the opticians. He's one of those "one of these things is not like the other".
