I have been wearing glasses since first grade, and I have never been asked questions like this. I then asked if they have a catalog to look at, and she literally threw it on the desk on top of the cases of glasses and said you could look, but it's black and white. WOW. There is more, but you get the gist, so beware. It's unprofessional and just plain rude!! The optometrist shamed my anxiety, I told her she shouldn't treat people like that if they have a fear, you shouldn't shame them, she is young but very good at her job l, just lacks life experience. I have a tumor on my optical nerve, and I need to do a field of vision test, I have anxiety over it she wanted specifics and quickly told me I was being silly. Which is unwise to do for obvious reasons. You need thick skin if you go to this clinic.

Dr. Kenyon was my anesthesiologist, and nurses Amanda and Kim were all kind, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They gave me great confidence from the start. Dr. Murphy is exceptional in his work; I was awake for the procedure, and he was informative and explained every step before he made it. I was never uncomfortable or concerned, and before I knew it, I was finished. I was out the door at 10:00 am, ready to start my healing. I had all the directions I needed, as well as instructions for any additional help or support. The following morning, Dr. Murphy called to check up on me, and I was able to report that I was doing very well and following my instructions as I was told. That is key! This was a procedure that was good from step one. I have no complaints and truly only good results. Dr. Murphy is listed on the Top 100 Doctors of Milwaukee, and he has earned it well.

Went in for annual exam and was billed a large portion of a fee. Called my insurance and this was always covered under preventative care paid at 100%. Billing is telling me after several phone conversations that there is a medical issue which i was never told about during the appointment. If there is a medical issue it should have been told to me in the office about a problem that could have future issues. I just went to a medical Dr for annual eye exam and received great bill of health on my eyes. almost 20/20. sounds like this office is only out to make money and not help provide proper patient care. There is a reason why he doesn't practice at the old facility. Faulty diagnosis.
