Every time I asked something simple like why the tire would be losing pressure if the nail didn't go through, they acted annoyed and made me feel like I was stupid for even asking. As a customer, I think it's completely reasonable to want a clear explanation about something involving your vehicle's safety especially my sons. Customer service matters just as much as the repair itself, and the way I was treated was honestly disrespectful. I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. I will definitely not be coming back here and would not recommend this place to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.

I had no trade in and did not need a loan on a 145k boat. They told me I had to wire the funds after which I had 5-7 days to complete the deal, yet they took a 10% deposit from someone and then it took 20 days for them to receive their loan. Total BS
