I tried to return them today within the 90 day exchange/return period and I had the displeasure of meeting the store manager, "Zenia" who refused to honor the 90 day exchange/return period and refused to let me get a different pair. Why offer a 90 day exchange/refund period if you will refuse to honor it? You should not have employees like that, especially managers, working who could care less about your (repeat) customers who spend significant amounts of money with your company. Suffice to say, that is the last time Sunglass Hut will ever get my business. I am filing a dispute with the BBB and my credit card company.

I confirmed on the phone of the address of store, she said yes. Went today to store that I confirmed they don't have it. It's at the other store. When I was there the first time at the store a guy was complaining he could not see after picking up his glasses. Well it happened to be that the associate from the store put the lenses backwards. That should have been the only sign HOW BAD THESE STORES ARE. I warn everyone to avoid these stores if you don't want a headache. The focus is off, and when I'm driving, I literally have to move my head all the way down just to see properly. They charged me FULL retail for my exam. I had to submit my charges to the insurance company, that only reimbursed me for the "Reasonable & Customary", $150. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of frames and lenses from Jazzy Eyes over the past 45 years. The least they could have done was charge me the $150 that my insurance covered. They have zero flexibility for their good long time customers. It is not a matter of the money, this will not break me. It was the idea that if they do not take your insurance they charge you a high retail price. For a routine annual visit. So sad. In the past, Jazzy Eyes used to have the largest selection of really funky glass. Their selection has been reduced and many of their brands that they used to carry, they do not have anymore. $50 dollars cost them my business. I am sorry to go, it is just a matter of principle. In closing, there is more competition today for eye exams and glasses. Before choosing Jazzy Eyes check around for your best options. I have added this business to my "do not recommend " list.
