I've been using this fossil store for decades. This time I brought my watch to have the battery changed. It's usually a quick and easy process. Every time I come here, the staff is very friendly and personable.. My only issue is that the cost of the battery replacement has gotten out of hand. It's almost triple what I used to pay. The only thing stopping me from doing it myself is that it avoids the warranty on my watch. read more

I came by to fix my Fossil watch on which the crown had broken off. The sales ladies were telling me to print the Fed-ex label at home and the manager "Fred" stepped in and explained he could do it all from the store. What a relief this was by sending it from there. This store had plenty of sales reps available and had some really good sales. Some were 80% off. The store is located in the SawGrass Mills mall. read more

I came into the Fossil store because my 1 1/2 year old smart watch wasn't showing the right time. My husband and I tried syncing it ourselves; but we couldn't get the right time displayed. I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and was quickly approached by a friendly sales associate named Kia. She was eager to help me and showed me how to sync my watch and get the correct time displayed with 2-3 minutes. While I was there I decided to look around and I ended up getting a leather belt for my husband for just $19. I also bought a pair of sunglasses. For $29. They have lots of cute handbags, wallets, backpacks and other accessories. Plus a huge selection of watches. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable too. read more

I've gotten nice sunglasses there for $10-$20 and they have lasted years! Tons of options for both men & women. I really like checking out their handbag deals. Typically everything in the store is 40-50% off tag prices due to being an outlet but if you walk to the back walls there are additional 30-50% off depending on the sale & items. The bags are leather, coming in multiple colors and various sizes. I've had bags for years, go through travel & weather with me! They are also very fashion forward! Bold colors in shoulder bags, clutches, cross body & satchels. Lots of pockets and compartments are great too! read more

They replaced the battery in my Q watch for free. Those batteries are not cheap. The sales person noticed when they opened the watch that instead of a rechargeable battery. They have tons of brands besides Fossil, and we found our friend's birthday gift there for a fraction of what every other store in the mall was selling for. I came to this place to change the battery of my watch, the two people who supposed to take care of costumers, are busy with the same people! They are trying to set up a smart watch, and they can't do it, so all the rest of the costumers have to wait without any help, including me, the vendor is they can go in between costumer in stead to expend the whole time with only one client!! I went into this store with the expressed purpose of buying a new watch and was not impressed with the rude, unprofessional, and ignorant behavior of the sales people. As I walked in I was never greeted by the sales women behind the counter who just stared at me. When I asked 1 if a certain watch was in stock she rolled her eyes if I asked her to give blood after finding the watch she handed it off to another sales lady (Vanessa the name on my receipt) who started to jam it into a watch tin when I asked for a different tin because I already had this one she looked at me quizically I would come to find out she couldn't speak English I was then told by the other sales lady(no name tag) that I couldn't choose my own tin which is a lie because I've purchased watches at the NY fossil and as you purchase they specifically ask what type of tin you would like. The two of them start talking to each other in Spanish and looking crazy at me one of the rules in customer service is not to alienate the customer which these two seemed easily to do. I left that store with a disgusted feeling. If this is the type of employees and treatment Fossil feels is acceptable they will no longer get any more of my money. read more

I was looking at the Fossil hybrid watches on Fossil.com. But I wanted to be able to also try them on to see which looked best on me. The salesman came over, he was very pleasant. Told me all the watches were on sale except for one row. There was a display stating the watches were $69. I selected a watch and went to pay. Another clerk tells me that particular watch was full price. $175. Really? So, I said I was going to think about it, and left the store. It really bugged me so I went back after checking the product code online to compare. It was the same watch and was on sale for $99 online but with a promotion making it $69.30. When I went into the store, she had put the watch back on the $69 display! I showed the clerk the website which only showed the $99 price. (The 30% was only applied at checkout) They agreed to match it. However, she said the 30% off didn't apply to that watch. Ugh. Guess who bought it online for $69.30? They were obviously not interested in helping me purchase this watch. read more
