My eyebrows are very evenly threaded and she allowed space for me to fill it in where I have hair lacking. My eyebrows tails have a tattooed outline with empty space. It is beyond embarrassing. When I spoke to her about the issue she said she had never seen this before but my friend who went there is having a similar issue. The night prior, they called and asked if I'd be willing to go to the Dupont Circle location instead so that the technician could fit in more appointments. It was annoying, but not a huge deal. I was getting lash removal & a new set of classic/hybrid lashes. I've been getting eyelash extensions for 13 years and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. They were thin, whispy, pre-made fans that were poorly glued onto only some of my lashes. They started falling off almost immediately, and there were visible white clumps of glue that a friend pointed out because she thought I had crumbs on my eyes. One week later when I went to another eyelash studio, they couldn't even tell I had any extensions on until they put me under the lights. I would've been better off just curling my own lashes & using mascara because mine are thicker & longer than whatever they used. I've never had such poor quality.

However now I was unsuccessful in contacting anyone to schedule a facial that I bought on Groupon. Every time I texted the number to make an appointment I wouldn't receive a response immediately. Weeks will pass before I would receive a response. When I finally received a text message I was limited to a single time and day that did not work for my schedule. I am disappointed that I wasted $55 on this Groupon. I will find another esthetician.
