It's one thing to offer talent , but when your customer service and natural love for people is added it's an experience that anyone would pay for . My massage specialist Tia was excellent, very intentional and awesome personality. I will be booking her once a month now . Her respect for the owner and how she runs her business speaks volume. I shared with her that it was the owner that made me book the appointment. As an entrepreneur myself I know what it takes to run a successful business and it's not always easy . What stood out most was her demeanor throughout the service. Her tone and communication regarding my hair process and results were not only unhelpful, but also came across as condescending. A salon experience should feel relaxing and collaborative, this was the opposite. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with her, unless you're in the mood to want to get physically aggressive. While the salon has a great look, the service I received did not match the standard I expected.
