I am beyond unhappy with my experience here. I had previously had work done here (eyebrows and…read morelips) and was happy with my experience although the eyebrows which I got microbladed didn't last. I went back a year later for another touchup and it still didn't hold. I messaged them this year after hearing ombré powder brows worked better for oily skin and set up an appointment to come in. Within a few hours after booking my appointment I got a message saying it was too last minute for the artist and was asked to reschedule which I did. When I went in for my appointment I told her my style that I liked and she said she didn't think that was a good look so she mapped out what she thought would suit my face. After the mapping I let her know they looked thick and she said it was just the mapping and shading would be done inside the lines. We moved forward but when she was done I pointed out an area that was missing color. The owner had to step in and get color into that spot as the artist wasn't able to. 2 weeks later I messaged and sent pictures because there was a big spot that had no color at all. I was told the wait until they bloomed. I messaged a while later showing that the area still wasn't holding color at all and that the ends were different and there was also a dark line under 1 of the brows. At this point the owner agreed to do my touchup instead of the original artist to try to correct the mismatched brows. I sent 2 messages over the course of 2 weeks looking for a date for the appointment before the owner decided to respond. She scheduled a date without my approval so I had to message back to change the date due to upcoming events I needed the brows to be healed for. I followed up a few times to show the owner pictures the last time being last week to clarify that she could fix the issues I had before going in to the appointment. During my correspondence she was nice at first but rude when I voiced my issues with the services. On Friday in my message she said the appointment for the touchup would be $150 or she would do laser removal at no cost but I responded to her that wouldn't make sense due to already having spent the money on brows I have to fill in daily and don't even match and I also let her know that I already put a $75 deposit down on the appointment for the touchup. I got a message today saying she didn't understand the back and forth and would be cancelling my appointment and refunding only the $75 for the touchup. She stated she didn't understand the back and forth (which was done because she said she didn't understand what I meant by fix my brows so I clarified my issues which I had already spoken on more than once) The fact they didn't even offer to refund half of the initial appointment after leaving me with 2 eyebrows that don't match and I still have to fill in daily after not even 2 months is absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your money here.

Originally when I had reached out I was booked with Joanna for make up and another girl to do hair. But I guess that girl had left and so Joanna contacted me to ask if Tyler was okay to fill in. I did do a hair/ make up trial about a year before and wore it all night to another wedding I was attending so I could get the full effect. At first I was nervous about the airbrush make up but I fell in love. It lays so nicely on your face and really gives a flawless finish. I had some blemishes on my chin and they were perfectly covered! We had 5 girls for make up and 8 for hair. All of my girls looked amazing at the end. Each did their own slight variation of a light glam make up look. Joanna even gave me a little case of my lip color after she was done so I could touch up throughout the night! Tyler seriously killed the hair dos! My girls each requested a half up half down look with a little different twist to each. Their curls held all night as well which is a huge plus because some of them had longer hair. The day of my appointment Sarah reached out to me via text to ensure that I did not get lost and I knew exactly where they were located. When I went in for my appointment, Sarah was extremely friendly and was more than happy to go over the different options and to thoroughly make sure I understood the upkeep and what was being done. The space was very cozy and comfortable. She had a great table with a special pillow under my knees so that way it was easier for me to lay for 2 hours. The overall process was 2 hours but it was extremely relaxing. She had great music on. I'm normally a very restless person but I was able to easily lay and the time passed quickly. After the lashes, were complete she went over the upkeep and let me know if I had any questions or concerns to reach out to her directly.
