I should also add that I live close to Boston but make the trip up to Derry to see Laura because of her talent, honesty, and great personality! Before my wedding in August 2017, she patiently spent months coloring my hair to get it to match my vision for my wedding day, and helped me pick out the perfect hair extensions. I felt like a princess on my wedding day!!! I honestly never thought my hair could look so good, as if I were a celebrity, but it did! My husband's grandmother is a retired hairdresser and she was impressed with my hair for the big day! Laura has taken my rich, dark (almost black) hair to blonde and back to natural, and has done a great job every time. She also offers Brazilian blowouts, which are great for straight-iron addicts. As of recently, due to covid, I've been seeing Amy for these, and she does an excellent job as well. In fact, all the ladies at Salon Tuscany are super friendly and lovely, and I would not hesitate to recommend this salon to anyone!

Management did respond and apologize. They stated it would be up to Laura to refund the service. I am writing to address a service that my daughter had done last week. I will attach pictures that speak for themselves. When addressed with Laura, she gave numerous excuses and flat out lies of why my daughter's hair turned out like this. After being in the industry for many years, I know for a fact that she knew she made a mistake by bringing Alex back to the sink for a second toner. All that was being requested was a simple partial highlight of her "virgin" roots. When my daughter stated she was unhappy with the outcome, Laura said she would fix it next week for another $65. I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Laura never apologized, only gave a slew of excuses and said it was a "corrective color." That was never discussed. The only thing Laura offered was the tip back, shameful. I didn't even address the fact that Laura started a haircut, stopped in the middle of it and left my daughter soaking wet. She had to leave the salon this way after she was told her she didn't have time to finish the service. She now has to go elsewhere and pay for someone to fix the mess Laura created. UPDATE She has since had her hair fixed and it looks fantastic, besides the few places she didn't lift enough the first time with Laura. The experienced stylist at Salon Bogar had no words for what Laura had done to her hair or why she did what she did!

I have been trying to…read morego for a longer hair look and asked for a clean up just to maintain the shape of my hair and instead a lot of my hair I have been trying to grow was cut off. I'm no hair professional but it's the job of the stylist to make sure they understand what the client is requesting. It's exceptionally clean inside and the atmosphere is very laid back.

It is a cool space and a stylist who was waiting for a client made sure I was attended to (the receptionist was not on duty at the time). Chris greeted me on time. He was friendly, professional and had wonderful hands on and communication skills. I plan on getting this treatment/follow-up care a couple times a year. I have always wrestled with my hair--it's super curly, and has a tendency to get frizzy and puffy very fast. Deb not only enhanced my curls and gave me a cut that looked great when I walked out the door, but three months later and every day is still a good hair day. I've been able to reduce the amount of frizz-taming product I use by half, and I rarely ever put my hair up because it looks so great down. I can even do second-day hair or sleep on it, and it still looks great (never been able to do that before!). The shape is still perfect, it frames my face, and is growing out so well I won't need another cut for a few weeks at least.
