The prices are reasonable and the technicians are great. They are open on Sundays Cons: not much Tinting is perfect for the person gun shy of micro blading. I did it and am still trying to fade the last of that tattoo job. Tinting is getting my toe back in. Originally I have very anemic brows. After an unfortunate Botox experience I have become overly sensitive to having a pronounced arch that will make me look like the obvious villain/kidnapper/evil ex-gf in a movie. The ability to go "heavier" or darker in the brow and still achieve a natural, groomed appearance is hard. The tech listened to me and did not go overly thin and we were able to come out looking very natural and not bad guy looking at all. I would have given this 4 stars if I had left feeling extra fabulous or some emotional experience. It might have been my fault for putting emphasis on looking natural and hoping to come out looking a little more "done" up. This visit basically just met expectations nothing exceedingly awful to say. But nothing exciting either. I'm sure this place is a perfect alternative to European Wax Center all the way in Nashua. The day of my appointment Sarah reached out to me via text to ensure that I did not get lost and I knew exactly where they were located. When I went in for my appointment, Sarah was extremely friendly and was more than happy to go over the different options and to thoroughly make sure I understood the upkeep and what was being done. The space was very cozy and comfortable. She had a great table with a special pillow under my knees so that way it was easier for me to lay for 2 hours. The overall process was 2 hours but it was extremely relaxing. She had great music on. I'm normally a very restless person but I was able to easily lay and the time passed quickly. After the lashes, were complete she went over the upkeep and let me know if I had any questions or concerns to reach out to her directly. My original appointment was rescheduled with another technician without asking me. I asked my friend and she told me that that particular lash tech was good also. So I didn't make it a big deal. Then the day before my appointment, I received another text telling me my appointment was rescheduled, again, with Another lash tech and the appointment would have to be pushed back half hour. No discount offered. Again, I was ok with it and tried Not to be "Karen." I was still looking forward to it. But then... I arrived on time. The lash tech "Tori" was 17 minutes late. She did not apologize nor being friendly. She led me to her room and we brief discussed what I would like to have. When it was done, I gave her a generous cash tip like how I usually do for cosmetics techs/stylist. She did NOT thank me at all and took it as if it was part of the payment. Like, she EXPECTS people to just give her that kind of money. LOL. Then, when I went home and looked close, she left MANY Glue lumps all over the lash and they looked as if I got lice on my lash! Just AWFUL!! My daughter saw me and asked me how much I paid for it? When I told her the charge and the tip thing, she laughed and told me I was being way over charged with the amount of lash she put on my eyes even for just Classic set. It is certainly awful to feel that I overpaid some rude lash tech plus tips for ugly lashes... I am sure other ladies there are nice but be aware of "Tori". DO NOT USE HER!

I booked a full wax appointment online…read moreand received multiple text confirmations, so there was absolutely no reason for me to believe my appointment wouldn't be honored. This was not just a casual appointment. I specifically scheduled it for the day before surgery because my doctor required me to have the waxing done beforehand. On top of that, it's a holiday weekend, and I drove an HOUR in holiday traffic to get here--only to arrive and find that no one showed up for my confirmed appointment. No phone call. No text. No cancellation. Nothing. If a business allows customers to book appointments online and then sends multiple confirmations, the customer should reasonably expect someone to actually be there. Now I've wasted two hours of driving, have surgery tomorrow, and am left scrambling at the last minute to find someone else who can accommodate me on a holiday weekend. Completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend relying on this business for anything time-sensitive or important.
