The staff was very friendly, the doctor (TeleDoc) was very professional and knowledgeable. Probably one of the faster exams that I have been through though it was thorough and accurate. I did order contacts which came in quickly and they gave me 20 days of trials to make sure the prescription was correct and didn't cause headaches. Said he didn't have the exact screw put put one in there that fit it was sitting quite further recessed into the frames than the original screw after he did this repair, I got a notification on my phone that the speakers no longer worked. I've tried resetting charging everything and my Meta Ray bans are now in operable because he damaged something with this incorrect screw. I called the store after I realize the problem asking for help and Whitnee the store manager denied. Everything was zero help I will be escalating this with corporate. Someone ended up not coming so they called me and I came up there. The visit started out great the staff went out of their way to squeeze me in as a walk-in. However I don't think the doctor like that because during my visit I was completely disregarded and not taken seriously. The doctor didn't take my concerns with my eyes serious at all. The prescription he gave me didn't feel accurate at all and I don't feel like it's going to improve my vision. I explained to him how my eyes cross a lot so I have a prism he wasn't even going to increase my prism until I asked him to. Then he just kept going on with the appointment and my prescription even after I told him it was blurry and I couldn't see anything! It was a complete waste of time and very disappointing. He had two staff members working when I went and they were both super nice. I arrived a few minutes early but they took me right in. Dr. Brown is fast and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. He also explained what an astigmatism is and what it does to contact lenses - something prior eye doctors had not explained to me. The prices here are also affordable for what I had to pay for what insurance did not cover. I highly recommend this place!
