The staff was very friendly, the doctor (TeleDoc) was very professional and knowledgeable. Probably one of the faster exams that I have been through though it was thorough and accurate. The prescription he gave me didn't feel accurate at all and I don't feel like it's going to improve my vision. I explained to him how my eyes cross a lot so I have a prism he wasn't even going to increase my prism until I asked him to. I came for an annual checkup and paid my vision copay. The doctor gave me medicine that I had an allergic reaction to. He said to stop back in to check on the reaction, which I did (about 15 minute visit). And Pearl Vision then turned around and billed my medical insurance which they are billing me a whole separate deductible for. I asked them to reconsider the charges and they refused. Dr Herbolsheimer is a wonderful eye doctor. I have been with him for years. However, Pearl Vision has lost our trust and future business.

He also explained what an astigmatism is and what it does to contact lenses - something prior eye doctors had not explained to me. The prices here are also affordable for what I had to pay for what insurance did not cover. I highly recommend this place!
