From the moment I sat down, I could tell she really knows what she is doing. She has such a strong eye for color and placement, and everything felt very intentional. The highlights came out so natural and bright, with a really soft blend. Nothing looked harsh or overdone. It just looks effortless and polished, like that perfect sunlit color you hope for but rarely get. She also really listens and understands what you want, then somehow makes it even better. I felt completely taken care of the entire time. I walked out feeling so confident and put together, which is not something every salon can do. But Shannon took her time to really listen to what I was looking for, offering thoughtful suggestions without ever making me feel rushed, even with me not knowing the store was closing soon.
