I felt very comfortable coming here for a Brazilian wax. Good thing I had gotten a Brazilian wax years ago at another establishment where I had read various pamphlets about how to prepare, so I had popped 300 mg of ibuprofen before my appointment, so the procedure didn't hurt at all.

Anyways, I went there for my usual eyebrows but for the first time I thought of trying hair color and cut at Amor also; Luckily I had time and so did they, and while we were choosing color, in my mind, I was still debating if I should do it or not but I mustered-up and decided to take a chance! You see, in the past, I almost always have to redo my hair-color because it never turns out the color I want the first time; anyways, long story short, when Asan (I believe the lady's name) was done blow drying my hair and so looked at it in the light and to my amazement, it actually turned out EXACTLY what I had asked for! The nails were so horribly done, I had to get them redone at another salon. I could go on and on on about the horrible design and botched paint job for my nails-BUT- what is more importsnt is the unsanitary work conditions that resulted in my boyfriend having the most disgusting infected toenail, that he had to go to urgent care to get taken care of. The pedicure resulted in an incredibly infected toenail that was pus filled and had to be drained, and part of the toenail had to be removed. He was also given antibiotics and told he has to come get the infected toenail checked out again in a week. I contacted the nail salon about this and requested a refund and they told me basically to get lost and if I wanted a refund to "call the police". DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely the worst nail salon I have ever been to, only go here if you want to be treated terribly and leave with a horrible infection and an urgent care bill.
