I was seated at the first row behind the receptionist desk all the way on the left Three days before wedding and the nail tech they gave me was so very obviously really sick. Wearing a useless blue paper mask and coughing the whole time. Quite often people are at your salon right before special occasion you should not have sick people working face-to-face with your clients. This was my first time getting acrylic on my toes, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. I paid $172 for the service, and several of the nails were put on crooked and uneven. For that price, I expected much better attention to detail and quality work. Since it was my first time getting acrylics on my toes, I was relying on the nail tech for guidance. They never mentioned that many people only get acrylic on the big toe or sometimes the pinky toe, which might have looked more natural and avoided some of the issues I ended up with. I left feeling disappointed, especially considering how much I paid. I think better communication and more care with the application would have made a big difference. I hope the salon improves the quality of their work and helps guide first-time clients better in the future. read more

Got a full set of pink and white and the tech at first didn't understand what kind of shape I was asking for so after doing 2 nails I had to stop her and pull a picture up on my phone. I went last Thursday to get my nails done at this place and chose dip powder. The young guy who did my nails was very polite and did a great job. Unfortunately, one of my nails broke after only three days, so I went back today to have it fixed. The girl at the front told me the guy wasn't there and to come back tomorrow. I explained that I didn't have time to return the next day, so she asked me to pick my color and sent me very rudely to another girl. The second girl was even ruder. She was pulling my hand, rushed through the repair, and did a horrible job. My finger feels heavy from all the glue she put on, there's powder all around my nail, and she left color all over my skin. When I told the front desk girl, she just told me to wash my hands and said it would come off but it hasn't. The skin around my nail is still stained and feels irritated. She didn't ever worry to try to match the color with my other nails. Very disappointed with how I was treated and with the quality of the repair. I will not be returning. read more

Trish really is detailed and I can tell she cares about her work. Nice atmosphere. If I could critique anything it would be the rough filling. Sometimes the boards they use shouldn't be used on natural nails. They dig into skin on the side and underneath corners of your nails and it causes bleeding and soreness. read more

Tina did my nails, and I said to her three times that I wanted them with the V shaped French tip. I came there with coffin shaped nails, and when I have gotten my nails cut down anywhere else, they always steal shake them back into the coffin shape. (this is the second time). when I went in for a repair I was told "oh, it's just because your nails have grown and they would not repair them. I had to go to another salon for the repair. Wow! I called the salon because I was running behind on my appointment and I asked to reschedule, the owner told me it counts as no call/no show which is odd since I was calling at that moment. What??? Bro acting like there isn't a nail salon literally across the street from them. I was driving 13 miles to patronize their business and was shocked at their lack of compassion and empathy. Very sad, treat your guests better, but you may have less now after this review. How can an owner of a business be so tone deaf. The first mistake was choosing to not use square tips, but to use slim pointy ones?? The shaping is very wide and they're bumpy. Quality has really gone down. I went here a few months back and loved it. They included hot stone had a heat warmer wrapped around my neck. They did a nice massage. I went again today and I got none of that. I paid the same price $60 for a pedicure and I did not get any massage on my feet didn't get any hot stones nor did I get the heat warmer on neck.... Not even any lotion for my legs. Honestly not worth the money $60 for a pedicure is atrocious especially if I'm not getting a massage.
