Definitely by far the best eyebrow threading place I have EVER been to. Affordable, quick, clean, and overall a great experience. I wish I could recommend one specific woman that works here, but truly every single one of their employees does eyebrows super well (I usually get Fatima and Mamta). Right when you enter the door, you are greeted by one of their really nice employees. They will ask what you want done today, and 90% of the time, it'll be for eyebrow threading, unless you have an appointment for something else, like brow tinting, eyelash extensions, general waxing, etc. You do not need an appointment for eyebrow threading - I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seated and helped in my 3+ years of going here. Once you're seated, they work their magic and thread your brows like never before (I'm not kidding, you will not be disappointed. They work really hard on your eyebrows). They emphasize the thick and clean cut eyebrow look, so they'll make sure your eyebrow looks clean, sharp, and as thick as possible. When they're done, they ask if you want lotion on your brows (I always say yes), and then they lightly massage/rub the lotion on my eyebrows for 10 seconds. Eyebrow threading costs $8 here, and they offer punch cards for everyone so after a certain number of times, you get a free eyebrow threading session. This place is the best, I've tried many eyebrow threading places and I will never go anywhere else. Love it here - highly recommend! read more

I rarely leave reviews but I went to Fatima to get my brows done yesterday after feeling let down by multiple salons I felt like she might be my last hope. I originally went in for eyebrow threading and she suggested microblading but I told her I'd like to try tinting before something more permanent, she was very understanding and didn't pressure me into any treatment I'm not sure about, I appreciate this as a shy, nonconfrontational person. She put the tint on my eyebrows and I was astounded at how dark and uneven it was at first before I googled that the tint comes off the skin hahaha. After a few minutes she wiped it off and I saw that my brow hairs were immediately darker. She had two-three other clients she was serving while doing my eyebrows which is probably why she didn't have the time to pay attention to detail for such a service but I don't mind because after I wiped the tint off my skin I got so happy. Once I saw how my brows looked naturally without the tint on my skin I got so excited and immediately went to do my makeup to see how my new brows would look with my everyday makeup. I used a darker brow pencil to fill in the tail and some gel, that's all I had to do to fill in my brows which felt amazing because usually im spending 45 minutes trying to make my light, sparse brows look even and visible, yesterday I spent maybe 5-10 minutes on them. That's a big difference. Now even without makeup I am much more confident with my dark brows because now I feel like they're noticeable and frame my face beautifully. I appreciate Fatima for being so sweet during our service and making me feel comfortable, and not only that when I got home and wiped the tint off my skin I felt so confident and happy! I scheduled an appointment with Fatima because I had seen some great Yelp reviews. I asked for an eyebrow clean up (which is what I've told my technicians for 15 years without issue) and Fatima originally only shortened my eyebrows and did the very top. When I asked for more to be cleaned up, she rudely told me that that wasn't called a clean up. She remained loudly on the phone while doing my eyebrows and I was really unhappy with the final result. When I asked for more of the strays to be cleaned up with plucking (which is what every other place has done that I've ever been to), I was told that plucking is only done after waxing (which is the opposite of the experiences I've ever had with both threading and waxing). The entire experience felt unprofessional and rude, and I'm really unhappy with the result. The woman at the front tried to be helpful afterwards but there's only so much that can be done. After some argument they comped my bill, but I sadly won't be back. read more

I asked for my eyebrows not to be trimmed at all and just to be cleaned up. One of my eyebrows is fine just very thin. The other is horrible. She went in with the scissors and cut the length WAY too much on HALF of the eyebrow. It is going to take very long to grow back. Very upset and disappointed. read more

I have been going to this place since I moved out to the suburbs. I still had to drive 20 min. to get to the location and over the years I thought it was worth it. Sadly as of recent I have had more unpleasant visits. My first unsatisfactory experience was when I had a tech thread my eyebrows unevenly and really thin. I was thankful that I had someone reach out and offered to fix my eyebrows even though I was asked to take down my first Yelp review. I did go ahead and continue to come to this location because I do believe people make mistakes and the tech who fixed my brows told me moving forward just go with her. When our schedules would align I would go for threading with this tech but I was given the impression that this was the salons best tech and I agree she does a great job but because of this I believe she might be getting double or over booked. I assume this because the last two times I went, I myself had an appointment with this tech and I was not assisted at my time of the appointment. I even had a woman show up after me and she was helped before I was. The second time this happened to me I will own up to the fact that I was late to my appointment but I did my part in communicating I was going to be late. Once I arrived I was okay with the fact that the tech I had an appointment with was helping someone else especially since I was late. However, soon after someone else showed up after me and once again she was helped before I was. About 10 min into waiting for my turn I was told to sit at one of the open chairs where I waited there for another 10 min. without any updates as to when I was going to get my eyebrow threading. I ended up walking out because again I don't live that close and I was trying to squeeze in a threading appointment during my lunch break. It was disappointing nonetheless. I had an appointment at 2:30pm, arrived at 2:45 and I walked out at 3:10 and I don't regret leaving after waiting 25 min in total. When I made the decision today to never go back was due to multiple unhappy visits. I completely will own up to the fact I was late at my most recent visit but today was simply the last straw from other visits where I was on time and still had poor experiences. I wish this business well and I hope this review serves as feedback to better communication or improve their form of creating and respecting appointment times for both employees and clients. read more

Clean and quiet atmosphere. Nehal was kind and gentle since it had been years since I had threading done to my eyebrows and upper lip. She was also very quick so I was finished in less than 10 minutes. She gave me a referral card for a free eyebrow threading if someone I refer comes, and I got a punchcard that the 6th one is free.
