Too much hair was removed from the inner of my left brow, that brow is also slightly higher than the right brow. I'm extremely unhappy with these results and I am panicking, worrying that those hairs may never grow back since those hairs were already sparse as is. I've included a photo of how my brows looked before as well as after.

I will never let anyone but the twins touch my eyebrows, they are amazing. Never have I ever been unsatisfied with my visit. Not only are they the best at eyebrows but have the best costumer service, they make you feel like VIP every time. They have very good prices as well as a cute, very clean looking shop. The lady got me in and out so fast while listening to exactly what I wanted. I am picky picky picky about my brows and haven't let anyone touch them out of fear they would be way too thin and I'm so happy I chose Eyebrow Beautique! She kept them thick with a clean shape. But it has come to my attention that the owner of this business (Tommy) has CONTINUED to sexually harass their clients. SO here is what happened to me in 2020: They were only taking one-on-one appointments due to COVID regulations. At the time I was 22 years old. His wife and daughter were in the business towards the back of the business in a room so it was just me and him in the main lobby on a pedicure chair. I had scheduled to do a manicure and pedicure. It started off with a regular manicure and pedicure and his weird comments began. Comments as in "you look so much younger than your age because of how small and petite your body is" -- the comments continued "you have really nice hands and really nice feet" -- they continued, "you are gonna look young for a very long time since you are small and have such a nice body" then the routine of a massage on the feet and calves began (this was normal and expected) THEN his hands traveled up my legs into my inner thighs and then to my shoulders and chest area..... I COMPLETELY FROZE. Up to this day I wish I would have reacted differently but I shut down. I felt completely and utterly paralyzed and in shock!!! It's been years later and I still reflect on how I should have spoken up and reacted differently. One of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. I truly hope this business shuts down!! that his wife wakes up that her husband is a COMPLETE CREEP, and that should have NEVER happened to anyone!!! I have never received a massage like that in my life just for pedicure!! IT WAS AWFUL AND MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!

It was uncomfortable and did not seem like proper cuticle care. I became so concerned about how my cuticles were being treated that I asked her not to trim the cuticles on my second hand at all. Three days later, my gel polish is already chipping, and my cuticles look damaged and ragged. I've had many gel manicures before and have never experienced this level of poor technique or such short-lasting results. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience was disappointing from both a service and quality standpoint. I would not return.
