I would give this place a 5 stars if their newest younger employee didn't literally rip my whole eyebrow off. (Not exaggerating) I usually go here and if owner Ana is not there there is another young lady that usually does my eyebrows. However this particular day I went in and a newer younger girl (didn't get her name) decided to do my brows. I give everyone an opportunity but truly regret this. I told her to just clean up and came out looking terrible. I'm horrified by the experience. I left in tears. Ana understood and she tried to ease the situation however now I have to start the hair growth process which takes months. Today I got my eyebrows done by Anne and she did okay. I always go to her but, today I felt like she rushed my eye brows. So I felt a little irritated because I am paying for a service to be done correctly, not rushed. Anne, hired a new lady, and she really messed up my fiance's eyebrows. One eyebrow was arched and the other was rounded. I told him, have the girl fix them but he was so fed up he didn't want the girl to fix them or touch them anymore. They were perfectly plucked and beautifully dark, she told me my tint wouldn't last long due to my skin type - I really appreciated her honesty but i went ahead with it anyway.
