This review is for Thomas. He is amazing and truly cares about his clients. I went to see him for the first time about a year ago and I had no idea what brow mapping was.... but Thomas took his time mapping my brows and ensuring that we were both on the same page about how I wanted my brows to look. He is a great person as well as an amazing artist. I have seen Eva as well (when Thomas was not available) and I would give her 2 stars. She took 10 minutes and was very heavy with the wax.... some even dripped onto my cheek! Never had that happen. She made me uncomfortable and as soon as she was done she went to the counter and started browsing through her phone. My brows had no arch what soever and there was no signature brow mapping....so.... go to Thomas if you want to get your money worth and feel like YOU matter. read more

I came across the benefit bar in August of 2017 I went on yelp to see the reviews and found Thomas! Thankfully he was in that day and took me in as a walk in I used to get my eyebrows threaded before but were becoming super thin which I hated I wanted a natural thicker eyebrow. I spoke to Thomas and he informed me of everything he was going to do before waxing which I was surprised by and he let me know of what needed to be done for them to grow more and 5 months later he we are and my eyebrows are looking better then ever and I couldn't be more grateful to finally find someone who knows what they are doing! I have been going to Thomas for my eyebrows now for about 3 years and he is the BEST! Truly a miracle worker and my brows have never looked better. They have come a long way since I first started going to him. He is always so professional, takes his time with you and is so precise. He tells me which areas to pluck and where I should avoid plucking to let other areas fill in or grow back. He always does an amazing job and I always leave my appointment happy. Thomas is the best !! And it is coming from a person who used to work at eyebrow threading place at mall. I know how to do eyebrows but I can't do it on me. But I m soo happy that I have found a guy who not only a amazing artist but also an amazing person he cares so much about his clients. This review is for Thomas. About 3 weeks ago I went to a benefit in Rosemead to do my eyebrows. They really did a horrible job. I was so sad and wanted to cry. My sister had told me about Thomas and I should give him a try. He works miracles. I let my eyebrows grow a bit and went to Thomas. He did work miracles!! Not only did he take his time to line the eyebrow before he waxed them off. He made me feel very comfortable and was very honest. I've had nothing BUT positive experiences. I come and strictly make appointments with Eva. I've been coming to her for the past 5 months now and won't let anyone else touch my eyebrows. She's very gentle and polite. She's explained to me everything she's done to my eyebrows. She puts the proper amount of arch in my brows and has never disappointed. She's also very helpful and gives the best eyebrow as well as cosmetic advice. I wouldn't come to or ask anyone else for advice but Eva. 10 out of 10 is my rate on my total benefit experience WITH specifically Eva. Go see her ASAP! read more

Found them on Yelp, called and they had an appointment available! Went and saw Eva and she did an amazing job on my brows! After messing my eyebrows up from too much plucking and twizzing, I finally grew them out since June and got them done! I will only go back to Eva! Best person to get your eyebrows done in the AV! I'm so scared to trust anyone with my brows! But her i would recommend and send my friends and family too! I had gone for a whole year trying to find a good eyebrow waxer. I decided to try benefit BrowBar bc someone in Macy's recommended me to get my brows done there. I was not having really big expectations bc of past eyebrow waxer. Let me tell you that Thomas does an excellent job of making sure that you'll love your brows. I've never found someone that did so well on my eye brows. Everyone else I've been to usually made them way too thin! And with the man that did mine Thomas he mapped out my eyebrows so I knew exactly what he was going to do which made me very happy and less nervous for the outcome. My mom and I both got our brows done with SABRINA and for the first time at a benefit brow bar!! We both completely love our brows. I liked my brows before but after I'm in love with them!! Sabrina is pretty great! I passed through today with my girlfriend (and mind you, I don't know much about eye brow management or skin treatments) but she was very knowledgeable and professional!
