Came to this place because it was around the area, I use to come to this location years ago. Thought that it would have been the same. I was wrong ! This place was so empty only one person working and one client was getting her brows done. I was seconding guessing to actually stay. The lady doing my brows was nice, but she cut my with the thread. I have NEVER had this experience. I have gotten my brows threaded for years now and for this to be the 1st time to be getting burned with the thread.... means this person is probably an amateur! This is the only place I currently trust with my eyebrows. Threading pain depends on who does it and how much you stretch your skin when they tell you too. They're really quick and I think my eyebrows come out good. I also think that this lasts longer than waxing. Not every eyebrow lady is perfect, but they are almost every-time except for this rare occasions. You can also tell them how you want them shaped or how thin or thick you want them and they will try their best with the threading. They do have two location one is right next to khols but the one I'm talking about is the one that's on one of the mall wings by the entrance. Sometimes they tell you they only accept cash tips but that's not true you can tip on the card, I'm not exactly sure as to why they say that. Came to this place at my lunch time, I was actually excited I had found a location in International and didnt have to go to Dadeland which is further from My house. When I arrived, place was emoty and only 1 girl was working, she took me in immediately but right when she started the pain was terrible, like I have never felt and I am a frequent in the dadeland location, low and behold, left and I have had red irritated eye brows for the past 3 days! I will never return to this place, not only did it hurt alot, my eye brows were red for days but she nissed a whole bunch of hairs too! The worst ever!! read more

Horrible! I used to come here for threading a while back and it was fine. Decided to go again and it was a really bad experience. The lady burned my skin under my eyebrow and was extremely rough. I even had to tell her she was hurting me. I've had my eyebrows threaded many times and it never hurt like this. On top of this she didn't just clean up my eyebrows she made them thinner which I never asked for. Will never go here again. read more

This place is incredible! I have been coming here for a little over a year, the location next to Lens Crafters, with my mom and we both fell in love right from the get-go. The service is prompt and the work is both professional and painless. I usually do my eyebrows with Khalida and she is the sweetest. Her work is flawless and she always makes me feel comfortable. My mom usually does hers with Shamim who is also very experienced and welcoming. I would not recommend going anywhere else for your eyebrows! Just came to this location (near Kohl's)) a few minutes. This location is always empty. Usually 1 employee. The lady refused services because of a 10 lbs service dog I have. What an awful human being. NEVER again. I will do whatever it takes to bring this place down. Refusal of services in this country because of a service dog is completely ILLEGAL. Love this place and staff! I had tried threading my eyebrows a few years ago in Broward and was left with almost no eyebrows. I hated it and swore would never do it again. I made a recent visit to this place. It was my first time there, and it will definitely be my last. I go to another place to do my eyebrows, but they were booked and I really needed to get my eyebrows done. I walked in and was greeted by a nice lady, I told her I needed eyebrow threading, she points to a lady and says "she will help you", before I sat down I kindly asked her to please not leave my eyebrows thin. She said ok, I sat down and let her do her thing... fully trusting she knew what she was doing. When she walked away to get me a mirror so I can look at myself, I was in shock. She destroyed my eyebrows, my eyebrows have never been this thin. Not only did she completely messed up the shape she left my right eyebrow slightly thicker and longer than the other, and she even cut me. So disappointed. To top it off when I was leaving the lady that was at the front desk must have seen my face and asked me what was wrong, and I explained to her. And she brushed me off like she didn't care about what happened. So disappointed with the service, and definitely never going back. read more

go to shabana! truly after my last experience i was so nervous having to once again try out another place, my sister recommended this place, and thankfully shabana welcomed me in. she helped me fix my last brow disaster that occurred in a salon in ft lauderdale. I wouldn't recommend this place, not only are they extremely rude, but they are extremely aggresive as well. My daughter was hurt to the point until she bled once we left. In addition, the workers do not even communicate with their customers, instead they use hand gestures to communicate and express what they are trying to say. read more

Worst eyebrow threading place I've ever been to. I had been growing out my eyebrows for over a month now to be able to get a nice shape and when I went in this older woman took a huge chunk of my right eyebrow off, right in the beginning of my eyebrow so it looked like my left eyebrow was longer than my right. I have been threading my eyebrows for over 3 years now and this has to be the worst experience I've ever had. I wanted my eyebrows to look full and nicely shaped and I was totally butchered. I was so enraged that I even wanted to cry because it is so embarrassing. The lady in the counter asked me what happened and when I showed her she just looked at me with a blank face.
