Before my appointment, my brows and lashes were so blonde they were practically invisible. I always felt like my face looked a little washed out because you could barely see them. I have yet to find the perfect mascara and wa interested in just waking up looking like I already had some on. After my first lash appointment, I was honestly blown away. My lashes look absolutely gorgeous and looked so much bolder and longer, even with brown tint on my lashes instead of black. The result was still natural-looking, but now they actually show up and make such a difference. I feel more put together even without makeup. Confidence BOOSTED! Chrissy was incredibly skilled, talked me through each step, and made the whole experience fun and relaxing. It's clear she really cares about her work and about making sure her clients leave happy! I returned again and had her tint my brows (first time touching them!) along with my lashes and no surprise, she got the color and shape perfect for my face. Update: After a…read morelong time of not coming back I decided to give it a try again. Unfortunately, the service has not improved. I had my service done by Piya, I believe her name was. Again, I HAVE THICK BROWS and I was being questioned and she was making comments about how thick some hairs were. I don't shave them, I barely touch them, and had even tried to pluck some of the thicker ones beforehand due to my prior experience. After she was done she handed me a cotton ball and said "here you can do it" rather than helping me get all the stray hairs off my face. Unfortunate. I will say that the shaping of the brows were better this time. Unfortunately, after a second go, I won't be coming back. I had been coming here for years since 2020, but due to downgrade in service I'll have to find another place.

After 2 years of not getting lash extensions, decided it was time again! I text Nikki Saturday AM…read moreto see if she had openings during the weekend (I found her strictly by searching here on Yelp). She replied right away, saying none at the moment, but would let me know if anything opened up. After an hour, she text back saying there was an opening Sunday AM, and I confirmed I would take it! Upon arrival, I text Nikki to let her know I was outside in my car, and to let me know when she wanted me to come in. About 10 minutes before my appointment, she called saying come on in. Once inside, she took my temp, and was masked. All customers must also be masked. The business is located in Sakura Massage Salon, and Nikki had her own room. Since my appointment was for full lash extensions, I was anticipating it would take the usual 2 hours, but it ended up only taking 1 more. Don't get me wrong, Nikki was quick, but she did not cut corners; she knew what she was doing. Because I wanted natural w/ volume lashes, I think we decided to go with the mink lashes (length: 11-12). So happy with how they turned out! Before I left, I was able to make an appointment for a 3-week fill. Nikki is super nice, and definitely happy I tried her!

This is a review for the job I received (versus requested) which was pretty good. It's been 4 days…read morepost job, and they've held up pretty well. They were even and nicely distributed, shorter than what I usually get but the quality was good. For $65 they were a great price. My natural set was light and not at all too heavy for my lashes. Nikki was patient and very fun to talk to. But I had some issues with the final product. I came in as a new customer and requested the discounted price for the 6D Volume Mink Lashes, which at the time was $65. After talking to Nikki and explaining that I wanted something natural, I received what seemed to be the mink single lashes. To me, 6D has no other definition then a single lash with split ends (multiple lashes at the end). This was not what I got... When I asked her about it, she explained that that type of lash was old school and no one used those anymore. I've seen other lash artists and they still use 6D. I received single lashes but were being passed off as 6D. She did say she stacks multiple singles to create volume versus the split ends, but I think it's misleading. If that's the case, I think it should be advertised as Volume Lashes with a range of dimensions listed (3-6 or whatever is available) not just 6D because the amount of how many multiple false lashes on one single natural lash depends on the individual. Clearly mine were SINGLE lashes. Anyway I updated this review because after some thinking and reviewing my original rating, I thought that her explanation was not at all sufficient.
