Rocio does a wonderful job with the least amount of pain. She's fast but efficient and very polite. I highly recommend her but was reluctant on saying that because she is starting to be requested more and more. And normally the shop doesn't have a long wait but once the word gets out, that may change soon. read more

At first, I was not at all a fan. But as time has gone by I would and have recommended many people here, but only if you rquest "Rush". Rush knows how to properly shape your eyebrows and make them look amazing. Now, be fore warned.... stay away from the women! Last time i was there, and in a hurry, Rush was busy and so i opted for a woman ( i dont know her name) but she ruined the long progress I had made to shape and grow my brows. So, yes, this place is great but only if you see RUSH and no one else. :) read more

I will never go back here again. I kindly asked the lady for a clean up & that I was growing my eyebrows out so to literally just clean the sides. Why did she make my eyebrows completely different?! I had a nice arch, and thick eyebrows. Now they are curved awkwardly and SO THIN. Not to mention she made me bleed when she was doing my chin. I do not recommend this place to anyone!! I hate to sound superficial but I feel so ugly bc my eyebrows don't look good. I wish I didn't have to pay!! Let alone have left a tip. .Review update: I gave it 5 stars before, now a 3 Lately I been disappointed. Even Rush hasn't done a good job. Does anyone know where Ana went? She no longer works there. Previous review: I been going there since they first opened. Before going there I hated my eyebrows, waxing and plucking never gave me a nice shape, I always had to go with thin shapes because I have very little eyebrow hairs and they grow in two opposite shapes. I was wowed when i walked out of that place. My eyebrows were full, thick enough and complemented my face frame beautifully. I moved 20mi away since last year and I drive out there twice a month just for them to do my eyebrows. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I been to other places around my area and i always regret it. I recommend this place to anyone that compliments my eyebrows and they too have become regulars. If its your first time trying this place, you can't go wrong with Rush or Ana both are really good. Give this place a try, eyebrows grow back if you don't absolutely love it, but I promise you will. read more

Just came here today in my lunch break, cause the other place I go to closed down. Their signs actually work, since I frequent the Target that in this plaza. They're smacked between a play less , hiding under a column so you have to get out of your car to see the front door. Did a quick yelp check also before I went inside, reviews were good. Lady in the front greeted me and I ask how much for eyebrow threading, $9. Seemed high, but just went with it... Get seated in the chair she works from, and I tell her what I want. I'm always scared to try a new eyebrow threading place because they might make it too thin, I was born with thick brows ;( I closed my eyes, and she starts threading. After it was done, she massages aloe/lotion in my brows. I really liked how she threaded it, not too thin like someone just shaved it and not to bushy that it looks like she didn't do anything. Overall, price was all little high but totally worth it because I liked he attention and time they put into my session. looking at peoples past reviews, I think Belinda was the one who serviced me. Brinda is the best! And not only is she talented, she is so friendly too. I've gone to her twice a month for the last year, so she is quite familiar with me now and always goes out of her way to ask me about my work and life. She is the smaller lady with short black curly hair and glasses. Brinda is the first chair and also the quickest and best by far. She threaded my eyebrow very pain-free and in less than 5 minutes. I also threaded my face with her once, but I don't think I would do it again since my face is very sensitive and it did hurt quite a bit. The price is definitely pricier than most places at $9 for eyebrows and $30 for face. However, you do get good quality job and you're supporting the nicest lady ever! Since I moved work locations and Eyebrow Image isn't conveniently located for me anymore, I probably can't go here as often anymore. But if you're around the area, try it out! read more

I usually tear up a lot when they do my eyebrows (wax or thread) and today was the first time in 12 years (since I've been doing my eyebrows) that I haven't cried or had tears run down! Pro: - it's really close to my house -Brinda is great Cons: - There's always a wait for Brinda. I have thick full eyebrows so I just ask for a clean up because I like the shape I have. I decided to go but didn't have patience to wait for Brinda so I went with the other girl & she messed up my eyebrows!My right eyebrow looks normal but, my left eye looks straight and thinner. I didn't even bother having her match them because i didn't like how she left them. I guess I'll hide my left eyebrow with my bangs.. :( Now I have to let them grow out & go somewhere else. read more

I've been going to Eyebrow Image for the past 10 years now for my eyebrow services. When you walk into the parlor, the owner, Daxa, is at the counter to welcome you into her store with a smile. As I sat down to wait my turn, Daxa asks if I would like bottled water while I wait. The service is absolutely wonderful and the owner and the girls definitely make you feel comfortable. It's nice to see a local business owner be hands-on with her business. I went to the eyebrow salon today and was shocked to see an entirely new staff (which is a good thing). The previous girls & guys that used to work there were not very nice. However, the NEW girls that have been hired by management are absolutely amazing! They're very courteous and continually ask if they're hurting you while they shape your eyebrows. If at any point you are uncomfortable, they asked you to let them know. And all the girls are amazing at doing your brows. They also refrain from speaking in their own language. I hate when I visit a Parlor and the workers speak to each other in their language. That makes me feel insecure and think that they're talking about me. But that's not the case at Eyebrow Image. The girls are absolutely sweet and genuinely care for their customers. My favorite part of this Eyebrow store is that they have a loyalty card, after 10 eyebrows, the 11th eyebrow is free! Eyebrow Image is a great place for eyebrow services, waxing, facials, henna tattoos and everything in between. Go check it out! They have 3 locations all off the I-10 freeway! read more

I even told her again during because I could tell she was doing the same spot too long & I said not thin right just clean up and she said yes don't worry! This place is great! I don't recall the name of the girl who did my eyebrows but she was young looking. Anyways, the $5 place on Ramona threaded right thru my eyebrow which I've been struggling to cover up. The girl here at eyebrow image managed to fix the eyebrow so it was less noticeable and of course, made the other to match. She was very detailed. Most threading places take less than 5 min but here it was about 10min but I appreciate the attention to detail because my eyebrows looked awesome and I'm no longer freaking out about the mistake the other place made. Needless to say, the extra $4 I paid here was well worth it and still a little cheaper than most places. This will definitely be my go to place from now on. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. When I first came here about 2-3 years ago to get my eyebrows done, I went in with what I believed would best suit my face. After looking at my face briefly, the person that attended me told me my face would look better with a bit of an arc since my face was rounder. I agreed, but my head was full of doubts as she began threading. I was devastated! My eyebrows did not look like how I had envisioned. I paid over the 9$ and vowed to not return. But my lord, the next day after the swelling went down, (I have very sensitive skin) my eyebrows looked amazing!! The compliments I received were endless! I didn't go for a few months however, as it was convenient for me to do them myself. But after they were over plucked in the name of Prom 2013, I returned that summer to get them fixed once they had grown out. At the door my mother and I were greeted with a 'Long time no see'. The person doing my eyebrows even remembered my sensitive skin and was very careful in doing them. Once again out of convenience(I should learned my lesson the first time), I went to a near by place where the woman doing them did not care to look over my face and did the same shape as she did for everyone. My eyebrows were so thin and practically nonexistent for 2 months. I returned with my head down once again, and of course Brindi worked her magic!! This place is magic. I recommend it to absolutely everyone. The thread they use is of good quality and the aloe vera gel they use reminds me of the one from the body shop. 5/5 on everything!! read more

I came to this salon on 09/10/16. There was one girl that was ahead of me so of course I wait. Two other people walked in, signed in and waited. The girl pays and leaves. Finally!!! I'm next... Nope! The employee talks a different language to another employee and the employee takes one of the lady's that came in instead. I was very upset. The employee then tells me to wait for her coworker. Also I tipped a dollar which I don't no why I did. Stupid me! I guess because she didn't cause that much pain. Also not a good job on the brows. They look thick and not shaped :( ! Sucks because I seen so many good reviews and very close to my house. my experience was not good at all! Will not return. read more
