My Favorite place to do my eyebrows and very affordable . Every time I come here it's always nice and clean & the service is Quick! Never had trouble finding parking. I don't often leave reviews but I absolutely had to for this business! The owner is the sweetest woman, she gave me comforting Auntie vibes & I thought she was so polite & wonderful. She opened recently so she kept saying thank you for visiting because she recently took the leap in pursuing her dream. I came in looking to get my eyebrows done because my usual waxing place closed down. I never did threading before but I always wanted to try it. Auntie (as I'm officially calling the owner now even though we're not related) was super gentle & it didn't hurt as much as I've seen on the internet. I walked in today after seeing all the good reviews below. They are definitely not lying. The lady (I didn't get her name), she was extremely nice and accommodating. I told her it was my first time for eyelashes and with doing the threading. She explained everything to me and how it was gonna hurt a little bit. But she was fast but efficient that it didn't hurt too much and the hairs were gone! I feel very good and the prices are very affordable. Also, she told me she does free refills! I have been going to Kelly for over 6 years according to a review I left where she used to work. This her own place and years later, she is still just as amazing. My brows always look perfect. And I always go to her to wax the sides of my face too. She does it quickly and it's quite literally almost painless. She's also the most kind hearted person you'll ever meet. Her shop is clean, and well kept and in a nice little shopping center. Best way to get there is to exit off of Mount Olive off the 210 and you'll be right there. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]It was my first time here and worse place I have ever been to do my eyebrows.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you want eyebrows similar to 2024 Ariana Grande or eyebrows that look like a Tootsie candy then come at your own risk. I had been letting my eyebrows grow for three months and my only request was not too thin. The eyebrow lady on chair 2 royally messed up my eyebrows. When she stopped showing up, the other location told me she went back to her country rather than telling me the truth that she opened up her own business!! So happy that this place finally opened! Kelly has been doing various services on my wife and I for the last 6yrs at another location and now she has finally opened up her own spa so we were super excited to check it out. I went in on Sunday afternoon for an eyebrow appointment and like always Kelly did not disappoint. The service was amazing and her work was perfect. Loving the new location since its even closer to where we live so this will be an even more convenient stop every week for us. I had Ana to get a full face threading. She did a good job with the threading itself, but the issue was she tipped herself 100% BEFORE asking me. I have never seen a business tip themselves without asking the customer before, let alone charging 100% tips. Keep an eye on how much they charge if you are paying with card. (They did give me the 30$ back in cash immediately when I asked them why is the price 60 instead of 30.) Please let the customer choose the amount of tip BEFORE charging. read more

Additionally, I decided to do my upper lip for the first time. There wasn't a wait which was great as I was in and out of the salon. The lady who did my brows and upper lip did great! I work 12 hr shifts on my feet , Mimi, made sure to truly exfoliate my calloused heels & get all in growns fixed Nail wise.My feet were transformed into soft &smooth & feeling great again. She made sure the color & length for my nails were also achieved in the details I expressed.. My feet felt brand new after this pedicure. But all the ladies were so kind and accommodating. Their customer service is definitely 5 stars .their venue has street parking spaces in the front . But I absolutely love how they can accommodate for people with busy schedules.
