This place was great! I was trying to find a place quickly to get my eyebrows done for the weekend. The lady that just did my eyebrows and lip, did a fantastic job. She took her time and made sure I liked what she was doing. To top it off...the mini facial massage with the aloe....was sooo relaxing. Gave her an extra tip for that alone. read more

a day agoNEW Update: I got a nasty original response from this business , basically saying they hate customers like me and to stay away. Why? Because you have a business schedule ? And I complained there was nobody there, you are offering a service and charging for it. It doesn't matter how good you are we all have busy life's , respect the customers time, with no customers , no business. I saved your original response. I just don't want to publish it because you had some nasty words. There is no tolerance for any type of business to ever respond the way you did to me. I called yesterday May 17 and was told that i did not need an appointment. I asked what time they opened and the person said 10am. So I mentioned i would be there at 10am on May 18th. I showed up at 955am and it was closed, i waited until 10:11am and instead of getting my eyebrows threaded i am writing this review and leaving. Decided to give this place a try because I was in the area. The location was a bit hard to find because it is located in the back of a mall near what looks like office buildings. It wasn't marked very well, and the look on the outside was not inviting at all. I decided to give it a try anyways. There was one worker there who did my eyebrow waxing. She was very thorough and used threading to perfect it. She took off more hair than I have ever gotten off, even though I asked for just a clean up. Besides that part, they looked great. Absolutely love this place, I wish it was more well known as it deserves it! Here you can tell the women care about their work and take their time. They're very meticulous with your brows and even give a nice little forehead/temple massage after they thread and trim. I went to EyeBrow Shapes yesterday for the first time and got my brows threaded and tinted( first time tint-LIFE CHANGING), also got my lip hairs threaded. I am really picky with my brows but really needed them done and the spot I was going to at the time was closed during regular hours (not acceptable) So I took a chance, I didn't know what to expect but when I went but I loved every moment of my experience. I didn't get the name of the lady who did my brows (I wish I did) but I believe she may have been the owner. She was incredibly sweet and the threading experience was close to painless and she gave me a nice face massage! I also wish I would have asked what music was playing in the background because I was beyond relaxed the entire time, vibing out! I will never go anywhere else again because everything was excellent! Please don't go by the negative review. This place is amazing.. Hina and Farzana are amazing women who are so good at their job. I always go for eyebrow threading and waxing here and they do such an awesome job of it. They usually close at 7:00pm but if you see in line they stay and finish the work. They don't even rush because they have to close. I will recommend this place any day. Very clean and neat too! read more

I just left here absolutely loving my eyebrows! I don't have the thickest eyebrows to start with, but they do get a little crazy. The eyebrow technician that shaped my eyebrows was very precise and careful, and also gave me a mini eyebrow massage in some pressure points- so great!
