I was really happy when I first started going here. But on my third visit, Lily attempted to do extractions, mind you it was two small blemishes that you could not see, but just feel. She insisted on extracting them, for 10 painful minutes. I left with two large lumps on the side of my face, my temple area...and still two months later I have two large scars. Lily is amazing. At age 28 I randomly developed all these small bumps on my chin, probably 30 on each side. Lily is very rude and unprofessional. She has no value for the customer's time. I have been to her twice now - While the facial itself is good, she was late both the times. Now, I understand she was delayed due to her client being late and I am OK with waiting, but she does not even have the courtesy to step out and acknowledge that she is running late and letting me know how much longer I need to wait. When, after 20 minutes waiting, I asked her, she actually chastised me for knocking!!!! On top of that, she very rudely says she does not know how much longer and shrugs her shoulders!!!
