I wrote on the electronic form they sent a day before my appointment that I was pregnant. Disclaimer, that if you speak with your OB GYN and even most spas, they are willing to give hydrafacials to pregnant women because it is not harmful to the baby. Just Google it if you don't believe me. However, it is at the discretion of the salon as to whether they will do the facial or not. For this particular salon, the owner did not tell me she had an issue with performing the facial until I arrived! And as I'm about to walk into the room, she says "I will do another facial on you but not the hydra facial because you are pregnant." Listen, if you don't want to perform the facial because of liability or whatever your reasons are that makes sense, but please be professional and call me ahead of time. Don't try to give me a different facial I don't want and make me drive 20 minutes in the middle of a week day to then deliver the news so you can at least get some money out of me. I thought that was unprofessional. Especially since I had filled out an electronic form stating I was pregnant the day before coming in. The women working there seemed really nice and the establishment was clean but you can't waste customers time like this. It is a colossal disappointment and very unprofessional.

The 1st hairdresser that could do my hair (at a different salon) wasn't the easiest to understand with her accent but I stuck with her since she did a good job. She has since moved to California but due to good reviews I found for Melodie at Miamore online, I have been going to her ever since for the past few years. Not only does Melodie do a great job cutting, coloring and styling my hair, she has the most pleasant personality and demeanor that makes me feel like I'm catching up with a dear friend. I cannot recommend her or this salon enough. They are sweet and actually very fast too. It's nice that I don't have to spend hours at the salon. I always know I have a great hairdresser when I fully trust their recommendations and know that they'll do a good job. The pic I've attached is actually taken two days past my appt. I called…read moreRadience to make an appointment for 3pm a few hours ahead of time, and was told that would be perfect. I told them I wanted a haircut and a full set of highlights. After making the appointment, I bought a $150-for-$100 voucher for the salon here on Yelp because the prices of those services would have totaled over $165. When I arrived at the salon, I waited 20 minutes for my appointment to begin, because my hairdresser was already busy. When she finally came out, she claimed that I had not made an appointment, and told me that she didn't have time to give me any highlights. I did not want my money to go to waste, so I asked if she could do partial highlights instead. She agreed. Early on in my cut/highlight, another client came in whose hairdresser had called earlier to cancel their appointment. She had not received the message, and insisted that MY hairdresser fill in, because her daughter had prom in a few hours. My service went very downhill after that. I asked for an easy angled bob haircut, and she did not listen to me whatsoever. My entire service was rushed as well. When I was finally done, I presented my online voucher to them. The total ended up being $90. They would not give me a refund, and told me that I couldn't use the remaining $60 on the voucher because it is one time use. (Attached is a picture of what I asked for, and a picture of what I actually received--haircut, not color.) I wasted my money, my time, and I received awful service. My technician Erika was very skilled and patient. My natural eyelashes are thin and lack of volume. Erick was able to map them well and gave a fuller look. I have been showering everyday, and I didn't see any of the lashes fell out. Im very happy with the result. 2. Powder Brows: Katie did an amazing job to give me a new pair of eyebrows!
