Since the pandemic happened my usual brow place shut down :( (SN brows) I was very heartbroken and was panicking as to what I was going to do. Who I was going to trust to touch my eyebrows again. I thought I would try this place out. And let me tell you IM GLAD I DID! They take their time and do them exactly how you want! Usually other brow places I have gone to in the past have gone really fast and rushed the process that I've ended up with painful rug burn like burns on my brows. But nope not here, they even give u aloe for after which feels amazing! They have many chairs so it's not a long wait time even when it's packed on a Saturday morning/afternoon. There were 10 people waiting for Farida, but one of the other ladies (a very tiny, very quiet lady - sorry, didn't catch your name!) was available so I didn't have to wait at all despite walking in. She did the most amazing job I have ever had on my eyebrows after about ten solid years of getting them threaded. She was so careful and meticulous and made them more perfect than I could imagine. I am not local, so I took a picture so I can show it everywhere else I go to get threaded from now on as a gold standard of eyebrow perfection. I had an appointment with Farida today and she did an amazing job! I just moved out here from California a couple months ago and it seems like threading isn't as popular out here so it's been hard to find a good threading place! It's a 20 minute drive for me but worth it because the two places I tried out by my house did a terrible job when I first moved here. I had a really great experience here. It had been a while since I had been threaded. I am really picky when it comes to threading. I am very sensitive, so I need someone that can go fast and do it right. I also like to have the correct shape for my eyebrows. Farida was very experienced she was fast, knew how to do the correct shape and knew when I needed her to stop so I could have a quick break. I also had no little bumps afterwards, which sometimes you get from less experienced threaders. Relaxing atmosphere, very friendly, quick and good pricing. I just came out of this salon and my mood and eyebrows equally ruined for today. I looked at all of this good reviews and decided to give it a try. My eyebrows are not even, the shape is very bad and they are thin!!!!!! I had such a bad job done to my eyebrows once maybe 7 years ago now this happened to me. I'm very lucky that my eyebrows grow fast otherwise I'd cry. People who give 5 starts maybe lucky but it seems they have low bar. If you have a medium bar or high, then move on and look for a different place in town. read more

Honesly, it just depends who you get, I went about three weeks ago and loved my eyebrows, but i went again today and don't like them :( too much hair cut off from the middle so my eyebrows are further apart than normal and one eyebrow is boxed and short from the top while the other looks more natural and now I'm stuck with them for my weekend vacation read more

I have gotten my eyebrows done here several times. I came in today about half an hour after they opened. There was no wait. I had Mona do my eyebrows, she's amazing! The shape was perfect, she was quick and it was painless. I usually shed a tear or two but this time I felt no pain. I will absolutely be coming back to Mona. The place is always clean and neat. Headsup that this business is on someone's home property - with a few Rottweilers hanging about. As far as her skills are concerned, they are great! She cleaned up my eyebrows really well and shaped them up. The only downside is that I asked for a cleaning only and asked her to keep it on the thicker end - I came out with near-McDonald's eyebrows. Maybe I should've communicated more effectively ? It's definitely thinner than I had desired but it'll only take a few weeks for these bushy things to come back. Fingers crossed. she's skilled, just make sure you tell her exactly how you like it. I recommend calling her beforehand because otherwise you'll show up to a sketchy neighborhood , and get through a rusty gate with a few Rottweilers around. Kinda scary. So bummed! Having just moved to Phoenix, I was in dire need of a new place to have my eyebrows threaded. I was a walk in customer around 4pm on a Wednesday, and waited almost 30 minutes. They have a sign in sheet, but they don't even look at it as they point to and call up the random customers to be helped. My threader stopped TWICE to answer the phone, and proceeded to drop the thread on the floor, and then continued to use it on my eyebrows! On top of that, my eyebrows don't match, as my threader made one eyebrow noticeably shorter than the other. Was excited to find a place that only charges $10 for threading, but honestly, not worth it, and I would rather pay more somewhere else. read more

There's literally no reason to go anywhere else for your hair removal needs. Threading is more painful than waxing but the results are superior and it is easier on your skin. The ladies there are sweet, efficient, and do a great job. Also, the prices are so good. read more

I came to Tempe on vacation from Cali and very much needed to thread my eyebrows. I found this place and decided to try it out. My mom and I both fell in love with this place. They were all very welcoming and did an amazing job threading our eyebrows. Before we left we noticed they did eyebrow tinting and decided to come the next day to try tinting our eyebrows as they were about to close (Fri). So we came back on Sat. morning to do the eyebrow tinting and Atena helped both my mom and I, with the tinting and we couldn't be more happier with the results!
