I came to Tempe on vacation from Cali and very much needed to thread my eyebrows. I found this place and decided to try it out. My mom and I both fell in love with this place. They were all very welcoming and did an amazing job threading our eyebrows. Before we left we noticed they did eyebrow tinting and decided to come the next day to try tinting our eyebrows as they were about to close (Fri). So we came back on Sat. morning to do the eyebrow tinting and Atena helped both my mom and I, with the tinting and we couldn't be more happier with the results! After relocating to central Phoenix from Ahwatukee, I had to find a new go-to place for a lot of things, including getting my brows done. Luckily this place was super nearby and I'll be coming back. These ladies know what they're doing, and they're pretty meticulous to get the shape just right. Plus, it's only $8 for an eyebrow treading, which is fantastic. I'm taking off one star because they didn't trim my brows, which every other threading place I've been to does by default. Next time I'll be sure to ask but I was just expecting it to be part of the threading process. Overall a happy customer! read more

Here to keep real. The salon is great and the work always leaves me satisfied. However, what I think the people should know is... there is ALWAYS a wait. Ive been a customer since December 2016 and there is always only one threader in house. Super frustrating for someone who is constantly on the go and tries to squeeze in beauty between the other 100 things to do. Went in to just get my eyebrows simply cleaned up and walked out with a completely different shape after I clearly told her NOT to change anything. After she was done I asked her why she changed my shape and her excuse was she "I haven't done your eyebrows in awhile" like if that justified the fact she completely changed my shape and ruined my brows. It took me months to get my eyebrows to the shape I had them and now who knows how Long it will take for them to grow back in hopes they will look the same as before. read more

Customer service met my expectations but not the threading. First timer here given it was at a reasonable price ($10) I thought why not cant beat that. The end result of getting my brows done was that it looked not at all cleaned up . I'd rather pay $20 at the brow bar than getting my brows half way groomed . I had tried three other salons in the area and am so glade I have finally found the best threading salon in Phoenix. I made an appointment thankfully because on a Sunday it was packed. The location is very clean and they have comfy cute leather couches to sit on while you wait. Farida's daughter did my threading, and she was so thorough and literally got every hair. And she shaped my eyebrows just right, you can tell they know what they're doing. I highly recommend this place, it's even better than the places in LA I would go to. read more

I typically get my eyebrows waxed but decided to get them threaded for the first time. Threading was so simple, and much cheaper than waxing!! $8! You can't beat that! Saw that Farideh had wonderful reviews so I decided to shoot her a text and I received a response within 5 minutes. Farideh operates out of her home and has a nice set up. A chair that tilts back so she can do your brows and plenty of seating around for people to wait. Convenient location in Phoenix. Easy to find her house and she (actively) listens to what you want. I didn't spot a single stray eyebrow hair when I was done. After she is done she asks if you want to make any changes. No pain or cuts. Offers aloe vera gel once she is done if you want it. The only girls that are good at doing eyebrows is the owner & her daughter. I've been going here for a couple months already & they always have new girls in & out. Anytime I go with any other girls they mess up my eyebrows. Today I walked in, the owner on her phone & she asked the other girl to do my eyebrows.(she was a new girl I've never seen before). This was my last visit here because the girl completely messed up by brows & made one a whole lot thinner than the other one. I understand you have to hire people to help but it honestly seems like the owner is just hiring whoever & doesn't check anyone's work. read more
