She was rude, denied making an error, and didn't apologize until I asked, "Do you even feel bad?" She eventually fixed it, but acted like it was an inconvenience. Mistakes happen, and we would have understood if she had shown some care or apologized. Unfortunately, the customer service and the actual service was disappointing .-. But this is the 2nd and last really bad experience. The first time this happened I let it go. But this is the worst they've ever left me. I'm not coming back. So I guess there is consistency in the fact each one seems to do that... OR imagine the customer walking up, they make eye contact off their phone and ask "how can I help you?". Praise for the NPs or Nurses who suggest trying something new or other areas of focus as the front I have yet to be asked. The front literally is there like a check out kiosk. Wish there were reminding texts messages about shaving the day before. As a busy work mom of 3, I'd save your poor staff time from me forgetting to shave and having to do it there. Lastly, those chairs in the lobby are very awkward and uncomfortable.
