I am not sure if I would have gone if I saw these reviews. This is a bare bones establishment, there was one lady in the first chair threading a man. She did not greet me and there was no signage up to tell me prices. So I asked her the prices, which were $7 for eyebrows and $5 for lip. I signed in and sat down. She did not talk to me again. You must sign in and they call you based on the order of sign in. Parking: Tons of spots, this is in a mini mall so there are lots of free parking. Ambience: No signage in the place. It looked clean and there was a big TV playing Indian music videos. Nothing fancy except the chairs in which we sit in when getting threaded are comfy. Service: Well as I said before the lady in the first chair was not a talker, no greeting or anything. I was threaded by a younger lady in the third chair. She was also not so talkative, I do not know if she was shy or there was a language barrier. I told her what I wanted and she was fast and efficient. She knew her stuff, even trimmed with scissors without me asking. She showed me my eyebrows in the mirror then put on soothing lotion afterwards. Just a quite thank you when I was done. They were a little more cheery once I added my tip to their charge. Overall I would return if I needed this service and was in the area, as the woman I had did a good job. I just would not go out of my way for this place.
