Horrible Experience! Do Not Recommend…read more I came in for a simple eyebrow clean up only, not a reshape. While she was threading, I felt her taking off more hair on the left side and it even hurt enough that I said "Ouch!" and asked "You're not making them thinner, right?" She said "No." When she handed me the mirror, my left eyebrow was noticeably thinner than my right. I always ask for just a clean up because I love my thick brows and now they're uneven right before a special event! They clearly don't listen to client requests and don't pay attention to what they're doing. I'm extremely disappointed and upset. Do not come here unless you want your brows ruined.
