I decided to come here last minute... & I will not be returning. I walked in on Sunday March 1st around 3:30 pm. The lady went super rough on my upper lip & chin. Not once did she offer me a break when threading me. I had to keep interrupting her. She was also rough when turning my head & tapping my face. I was so mad that she went EXTREMELY ROUGH ON ME. At the end, she never asked if I wanted lotion applied. She went straight to it & put a whole bunch that it went in my mouth & lips & it tasted nasty. NEVER TF AGAIN AM I COMING HERE. I let her know she went too rough & I still gave her tip. She made me bleed under my chin & I never ever broke out in this area. Could it have been how rough she went & perhaps she didn't ask me if I wanted lotion applied. I have sensitive skin lady. read more

I am not the type to leave bad reviews but I'm so upset on how my eyebrows came out today. I went in today with someone different. My eyes do get watery when I am getting them threaded, therefore I'm not able to notice right away. After the service was done I realized that the lady kept starring at my eyebrows as if something wasn't right while she was checking me out on the register. I didn't notice until I got home one of my eyebrows came out way more thinner. I'm so upset I don't understand how this happened I grew out my eyebrows thick enough I only requested to get them cleaned. I know it's my fault for not being able to notice right away but it was noticeable by the way she was looking at my eyebrows that she messed them up. read more

I've tried this place every couple years since I found it and was recommend. I go when I am desperate and cannot go to my regular spot in Gardena because it's further. I personally do not like how they do my eyebrows. I only go back every few years to see if a new person does them differently. I let my brows grow and they are not too thick or thin with a natural and soft round arch. I requested a clean up and left with thin arched eyebrows. When I told her she did them too thin with an arch, she tried explaining to me it was necessary because one of my brows were arched.... I don't think they understand a clean up. I still appreciate how they're even and look pretty, just not what was asked of. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now... cheap and quick service. Always am in and out, I've had to wait maximum 10 mins. Very clean and well maintained inside. I've had several different people work on my brows and each time they do a good job. I also bring my brother sometimes who is blessed with thick brows, and he tells me he gets compliments every time his brows are freshly done! I walked in and there were 3 people ahead of me. I didn't mind waiting patiently. When the last client before me was finished, her friend came in and the employee decided to service that person before me even though I was waiting in the chair for a long time and the friend never came (probably was waiting in the car). I understand if they were in the queue and was waiting at a different place but the employee never notified me or told me that there was another person before me. I would appreciate it if they communicated beforehand and been transparent with the queue line. I had 3 people ahead of me until the very last client brought their friend who walked in out of nowhere and the employee serviced them. read more

The person I usually go to wasn't there and so someone different did the threading - usually I don't get them done if the person I go to isn't there, but I had faith in everyone else so took my chances. So I haven't gotten my eyebrows done for maybe over 2.5 years? And today I decided let's go! I have a usual spot that I've been going to but I felt like I wasn't as satisfied as I was when I first started going there. So I took a chance and went to Laxmi. No regrets! Service was friendly. I was next. She said just a clean up? And told her yes but also with a shape but not too thin and she did exactly that. I love them! I feel great! When your eyebrows are on point, you know the feeling!! I will definitely be going back and will be seeing KC again! Staff wears masks and it also says before entering to wear a mask too. It's clean inside and it's cool. Some places are just hot sitting in there (KC noticed I was hot and started to sweat coz let me tell you I get hot fast! I just visited Laxmi Eyebrow Threading and really liked the service! My eyebrows are a bit wonky from over plucking and trying to do them at home. I expressed that I like my eyebrows on the thicker side but I wanted to fix the shape. Ms. Laxmi did warn me that my eyebrows had been overplucked but she would do her best, and she did! The service was quick but I ended up with a really nice result. The price is reasonable and I liked that the salon was nice and clean. I was actually skeptical at first but as soon as I enter this place, I've been greeted by two awesome staff. They made me feel welcome and acknowledged. Ranii is the one who did my eyebrows and as a first timer, I really admire her for trying to make me feel comfortable. She is really gentle with me and she even stopped and made sure that I was okay during the process since I was tearing up a bit (i have low pain tolerance but beauty is pain so I have to sacrifice a bit :')).
