She is incredibly fast, does an amazing job shaping my nails, and consistently delivers great results. I always get builder gel on top of my natural nails. She offers gel x and builder gel. The retention is crazy. The last time I was here my nails were at 4 1/2 weeks with no lift. Note: cuticle care is an additional charge and you will have to request for it. The salon is always clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They do accept walk-ins, which is very convenient. They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. Every time she had me look at her progress, i pointed out something i didn't like & she fixed it! She never showed any signs of irritation or frustration whenever i pointed a flaw. I opted for the ombré powder because that's how i usually do my brows. The procedure isn't that bad, it just feels like scratches on your skin. I was already happy with the way she drew my brows on first lol so of course I loved the way it came out. I can't wait to see the healed version!
