My Lash technician was on time and kind, but the quality of the work seemed to have needed improvement. I didn't notice until the day went on and when the false lashes fell into their natural placements that I saw some were glued/misplaced very awkwardly. The natural look I wanted didn't look so natural after all. I booked a last minute appointment because my current Lash artist was unavailable when I needed her. My visits here at the Lash Boutique would probably be for when I need emergency gap fills when I can't get a last minute appointment with my go-to lady. The prices here are very reasonable and booking appointments with them has been very easy and a breeze so far. Hopefully my next appointment will be better. Several reasons why I give it one star. The star is for my eyelashes done how I wanted them. Justee is very gentle, fast, efficient, my eyes don't burn at all with her! However, my lashes shredded like crazy, and in 5 days half came off. But they couldn't accommodate since it was more than two days after the appt. Don't want to pay 45 for refill then next week another refill!!!? I was referred to Justee, from Lash Boutique, because I heard great things. As a first timer, I accidentally missed my first appt, and was told I was going to be charged??? My fault, work night shift, I accidentally overslept. I totally get missed appts are not acceptable but no one gave me any warning when scheduled via text! Nor an email Justee mentioned that I should of gotten after I scheduled my first appt. Made it to my first appt that was schedule for the second time, came in ten minutes late because my maps was telling it was next to whole foods! I even came 20 min early!! Tried calling/texting them several times and no one answered. So I get it, I made a first bad impression. I'm that annoying flaky late customer. Don't get me wrong, would be annoyed too. Regardless, I know what good customer service is, and I felt tension until after I warmed up to her, broke the ice, apologized for missing my appt, got to know her, super sweet girl... Learned how they are on commission and yeah it's a waste of their time when some one doesn't make it to their appt esp they could of booked some else. I don't feel I should of had to explain myself after making a mistake. Great customer service should be given regardless and not make them have to work for it . This place doesn't accommodate you very well. The receptionist on text is not very pleasing. This is a late review, but only by 1 month. Anyhow, my appointment was with Justee. First let me start off by letting you know, it's kind of a difficult place to find. You have to come in through the back entrance, nearest to the bank, and you need to take the elevator to the 2nd story. Once you get there, you walk into a waiting area. It was very clean by the way. So I had a full glam set done. It took 2 hours. Although it was long, it was well worth it. Justee did an amazing job! I loved them. I couldn't feel them, or see them. I hadn't cleaned my eyes when I got the appointment because I had an appointment before coming here, but I had brought make up removing wipes. Justee was nice enough to give me a face wash to scrub my eyes instead. It was definitely worth the price. I wish they were closer though, since I have to drive 45 minutes to get there. I recently made the mistake of going to place in my town, I felt as though my lashes were being pulled. Kind of like when you have your hair up in a pony tail and there's one hair being pulled. Yup that feeling. Also, the inside lashes are falling side ways and are shorter than the ones on the other eye. Save yourself the trouble and come straight here. The only reason I'm giving them 4 starts is because it was difficult to find and when I called the number online no one answered, I left a message but by the time they called me back I had already found the place. I will be booking an appointment to fix the ones I have now, and will not be leaving them again lol lesson learned. read more

The application looks beautiful really does, I've been getting my lashes done for a couple of months but I decided to take a break on them and let them all fall off on there own and OMFG My lashes are short as fuck!!! I had no idea scissors were involved, but they obviously were because my lashes are perfectly cut short!!! I went in with long lashes that everyone thought I had false lashes on and I ended up with short fuckin lashes!!!!!!! Literally so pissed! My intention was just to have fuller lashes to go with my long lashes!!! I got what I wanted but only when I had the extensions on! Now I am left with fucked up short lashes!! Do not make the mistake and make an appointment here!! You'll like how they look but when u take them off you're pretty much left with fucked up lashes. I don't know if this is done on purpose so we keep going back. But I think I know how my own lashes looked before especially always getting compliments on them. My first experience with the lash boutique the tech they hired had no idea what she was doing. She put the lashes on wrong and I had to have them removed and then put back on again! I have been back twice since then and have my lashes filled with felix. He is great and knows what he is doing. The negative side of this business is that they are not considerate of people's time!!! I have been twice and the tech I had scheduled with did not show up or "called in" sick. A text message or call would have been nice to know I needed to reschedule. But no, I drove all the way across town to find that my tech was sick and I get no call ahead of time that they have to cancel. I am now on the search for a new place to get my lashes. I scheduled an appointment with Melissa at the Lash Boutique for 9:00am. By 9:10, I was still outside waiting in the hall because the door was locked. I called numerous times because in my opinion, if they're going to send me a reminder saying that if I am late or I cancel without a 12 hour notice they will charge me $25. So I called and finally somebody answered and she told me that the lash tech was stuck in traffic. I told her that I was leaving and I was very upset because I expect the lash tech to be there when they say they will be there. The girl started talking over me and tell me that it's California so there's going to be traffic and I told her that her lash technician should have left earlier so that she could've been there on time. Then they proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I was rude and that I should understand that things happen! I will never ever go to that place ever again because the girls are extremely rude. I had another employee call me back to tell me that I was out of line and I was dumbfounded. I am the customer and their employee was late but I was getting yelled at. read more

For anybody who's scared to get eyelash extensions because they're scared that they will ruin your lashes. Yes, if you go to somebody who has no idea what they're doing that will happen. I have been going to the lash boutique for awhile and I've gone to Courtney, Lexy, and Sonya. They're all so great and I've let my lashes come out completely by themselves and I just want to show how my after lashes look after having these extensions for a good year. Totally fine! My honest review: What I love about the place is the cleanliness, decorations, friendly staff, and prompt responses. However I didn't have quite a great experience with the eyelash extensions. During the two hour process my eyes burned and teared up (beauty is pain??!!?) I was instructed not to wet my lashes or use oil based products. I pretty much couldn't do anything to them for the first 24 hours which I followed carefully. I still had to be extra careful after the first 24 hours because they are so delicate. My eyes were itchy and irritable within the first days. The part that was a bummer was that I noticed a good amount of eyelashes already came off within 2-3 days which left gaps (not cute).I also noticed when my eyelash extension was about to fall off it pointed downwards and just hanged there which was annoying because I couldn't yank it out (it'll take off your real lash) I expected the eyelash extensions to last at least 2 weeks but It didn't happen. Overall, I'm sad to say that I'm not satisfied with the extension experience.I emailed them and was told to come in for removal or for them to be looked at when I can. Honestly I don't know if I want to drive an hour and a half again. I am dissapointed that it didn't work out for me. I feel bad that time,money, and effort was wasted but at least now I know its not for me.I was hoping to have eyelash extensions for my wedding but I don't think its worth the hassle. Eyelash boutique corporation is incapable of filling eyelashes with in the hour. Which as a customer makes me questions the boutiques credibility? The worst eyelash experience I've ever encountered. To top it all off the eyelash artist glued my eyelashes together. Do you have a manager because this is unacceptable. I had an appt last Friday August 29th at 1pm with an artist. And literally my whole right eyes Eyelash's fell out. So I made an appointment for September 6th at 5 with A different artist to do a fill. So she took the hour to do them Yet she said that to get all my eyelashes she would need another 30 minutes and that she would do them for free! So I drive over there expecting her to be here and expecting not to get locked out of the building. As you all know it's upstairs in Wells Fargo's building. So not only was I waiting across the street for 45mins. I expecting it to be done for free. I mean I understand The boutique needs to make a dollar too but at the same time wouldn't you like to keep your clientele? So I don't understand why the girl that was there today September 7th couldn't just do them because I drove so far just to come there wait 45mins then to be told that I would have to pay in addition $45 to the 90 dollars I've already spent in the last week! Clean, friendly & professional. I got my 1st set before a big trip to NY. lasted for 3 weeks before needing fills. They looked long & natural. Felix is amazing. I fell asleep during one of our appts. I love you can text or email to schedule appts. Yes, you have to be very careful when washing your face. But the lashes are so pretty you don't need mascara. So just removing shadow is easy. Wish I could have gave it more stars. I just moved here first time trying this place out. I had an appointment with Alexandria a few days ago she was super nice, sweet and listen to exactly what I wanted. I liked how excited she seemed made me feel like she knew what she was doing (btw I wanted full long thick lashes). I walked out loving my lashes and actually got compliments that same day but towards the end of the day day and the following days they started falling off. Now I have had lashes a few other times from other places so I know how to take care of them and never had this problem but they just keep on falling off and just don't look good and sure not what I walked out with. I might try a new place see if they can take me as a fill but I've only had them for 5 days. And no MY LASHES aren't falling off the extensions are. Jessica got me in within ten minutes of me calling to remove the monstrosities from my lids. First eyelash extension experience, and I'm super happy it was with Ms. Tamara. 1) Figarden Village Location and you get to take a cute elevator above Wells Fargo bank (everyone knows where that is!) 2) Super adorbs studio, 3) Ms Tamara is the cutest thing ever! She's super sweet, professional, and gentle. She explained the process and took her time. 4) Classic Volume set looks amazeballs! I wore no makeup to this afternoon appointment, and once they were set, the lashes made me look ALIVE. If your tech shows up, the lashes are great. Twice I've driven in from out of town and didn't know the tech just didn't show up that day. Felix does a great job. There is no available receptionist so when you show up, the techs have no idea who you are therefore, the only communication is through a remote receptionist. If you are lucky enough to have any tech show up for their job, you get great lashes but don't depend on your appointment. read more

I enjoyed the customer service. Very efficient and welcoming. Unfortunately, my lashes just didn't last. I had tow visits and I was losing lashes that night and if I noticed 5 - 10 lashes, falling out how many did I not notice? Within three weeks of my second service, one eye was completely bald .... not good. My new lash lady mentioned that because of the way the lashes were applied they were twisting badly and impacting her ability to put a "nice" set on me now. I'm only giving one star due to how this salon is run. There is never anyone to talk to. The receptionist books everything thru text if they remember to get back to you. Trying to get back in if you don't prebook is impossible. I had to cancel due to my puppy being rushed into the vet and when I texted back to reschedule, I got no response. Felix is great at lashes and very nice and professional. Sad that the person doing the work is missing out on money. I finally got in through the yelp app and Leslie did a good job. This place is run by girls in their early 20's and an owner who lives in Florida that could care less about quality (care and customer service). Once she gets your $75, she's done with you. I never got a call back about my concern; after reading other reviews where customers said the same thing, I had a feeling I wouldn't. Not only did my lashes start to fall out the same day I got them done, the girl was continuously on her phone as she was working on me, and she CUT my natural eyelashes!!! I booked an appointment online with lash Boutique because it was personally recommended to me. I recently moved to the area and wanted to go to someone who could be trusted. I suddenly got called out of town more than 24 hours before my appointment. I tried to cancel via that text message and it bounced back and said I had to contact the establishment directly I tried to email them and that bounce back and they don't take their calls so I had no way of contacting them. And I was charged a no-show fee which is very sad because I feel I did my best to contact them but they don't make it easy... so please BEWARE it is difficult to cancel so ypu will loose your money!! I am very disappointed oh, I have been doing extensions for a couple of years in Southern California. I've been a customer of The Lash Boutique for the over two years and I always leave with beautiful lashes and a smile. Felix has been doing my lashes for the past year and a half and I have never had anything but an awesome experience with him. He is professional but fun and he makes sure I leave with full gorgeous lashes every time. I love the fact that Felix makes me feel valued as a client, but treats me like a friend too. As a manager in customer service, I can't say how important making real connections with your customers is, and it's one of the main reasons I love The Lash Boutique so much. I don't want to feel like I'm a paycheck, I want to feel like a priority, and at The Lash Boutique I always feel like a priority! As someone who has been getting their lashes done regularly for years, I've seen what can happen when you trust your lashes to people who are not trained properly, and I personally wouldn't risk the health of my lashes or my eyes to anyone other than Felix and the people at The Lash Boutique. I have recommended them to multiple friends, and none of them have ever been unsatisfied with their lashes or the customer service they received. Worse experience ever. Lashes felt like toothpicks were glued to my eye. The fumes were so strong! Tech got glue on the upper lash waterline. It was EXTREMELY painful. I had to pull the lash out to pull the glue off. That was painful too. I thought Trish was doing the lashes, but I got a trainee instead. When I called Trish to tell her about it she pretty much just shrugged it off and said not everybody can wear lashes. I ended up pulling them all out after a day and a half. They were just so uncomfortable and itchy. I've since found a really good girl in town that does the most beautiful lashes and I've not had one single problem. read more

I have had lash extensions for the past 3 years and it has been the best experience until I went to the Lash Boutique. My sister does lashes and she's taking numerous extra courses and is amazing at what she does. Our schedules got mixed up and I was in a bind and needed a fill asap. After looking into places in Fresno I booked at Lash Boutique. I had Felix do my lashes and first of all his boyfriend was there and they were talking the whole time which was VERY uncomfortable for me. When paying for services I expect a professional environment. When he finished my lashes they looked amazing BUT I got them filled today and my sister was horrified. One fill from Felix destroyed my lashes. I noticed that they were a lot more tender but lasted a lot longer than usual. My sister said it was because he was putting one extension on 2-3 natural lashes--- basiacally it was a clumped up mess. If you have been going to Lash Boutique I would highly recommend getting them checked out by another extensionist. This is in no way bashing the business, just my personal experience. read more

I booked an appointment @ the last minute and was pleasantly surprised to get in. The atmosphere is pleasant, warm, and friendly. My lash tech needs more training. It was like she was barely putting the lashes in place. The quality of work needed improvement. My lashes started falling off the same day and by the end of the week it was like I didn't have but 2 or 3 lashes left in place.
