Wow! How time flies! I've been going to Ashita for about 6-7 years now and I've never turned back! She is now located in sola salons West Covina and she is the sole threader. But don't let that deter you, the service is still impeccable! I have recently started doing lamination with her and I could not be happier. Lamination is a 45 minute process using keratin to change the texture of the brow hairs. You're left with fuller, bolder and more symmetrical brows. Make your appt today you won't regret it!

Oh my god my eyebrows. I went here last time and had a different girl and she did great. She wasn't here today, so I had the girl behind the register offer to do my eyebrows and oh my god they're so uneven. I'm not lifting up one of my eyebrows by the way, this is how she did them. I had a feeling she knew she messed up because she was threading so slow and kept using the scissors. I've been having a hard time finding a good eyebrow place and I thought this would be the one but I guess not. :\ Now I have to go somewhere else to fix this issue. Also,I don't want the manager messaging me on here to save face.

Loved it! This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded. Normally, I shape my eyebrows myself, but lately I had been feeling like they were in dire need of a cleanup. Ashita listened, offered helpful advice, and she made sure I was happy with the shape. As a first timer, I found the threading to be virtually painless, and wound up being very happy with the result. I moved to the area 2 years ago and was looking for a great place to get my eyebrows done. I decided to take my chances at eyebrows Inc. and have been happy ever since. Ashita has been doing my eyebrows and she does a perfect job every time. She is meticulous at her job and takes her time to do it right. She treat you like a friend and not a customer. Her work says it all, she's been able to expand her business and hire more staff to handle the increased load of customers. Jerry is one of the newer staff members there and is also great. The shop is clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The price is beyond reasonable for the job that they do. No need to brows around, this place has everything you need! read more

I never post bad comments but the lady who did my eyebrows had no idea what she was doing.. I went with my daughter she got Hector he did a great job my daughter loved him.....:but I got the lady who didn't speak English.... I color my eyebrows a little to shape them and have been letting them grow so it can be thicker... She started threading before she even cleaned off my eyebrows that were colored in to see the shape of my eyebrows.. When I saw the first eyebrow I was going to get up and leave but I didn't go with my instincts.. Now I have 2 uneven thin eyebrows!!! If you go there wait for Hector he did a good job but to the owner please train this lady more...never going back there!!! read more

I have gone to this place a couple of times. I have found the women there to be rude & don't listen to what you want done during your service. The skin around my eyebrows was irritated for days after. I have to say the only saving grace for this salon is Hector. He did my first eyebrow service there & I loved the results. Hector is approachable & listens to you. He has a great threading technique. I honestly I would only see Hector when it comes to this salon. Otherwise find a more inviting & pleasant salon for services. read more

I have never gotten my eyebrows threaded. At first I was extremely scared because I have heard that it hurts ALOT! So I looked on Yelp and I thought I would try it out. Now I have never trusted anyone to touch my brows because they have a very weird shape to them. But I read the reviews and went with hector. And OH MY GAWD!! They came out soooo good! I have always had a positive experience here. The technicians really listen to you to make sure they give you what you want. They also provide good suggestions. I personally prefer the female technicians as the male technician threaded my eyebrows a little too thin once. Other than that, the price is good and the line usually moves fast but I have waited 30+ minutes before. read more

Stay away from this place. No one wants uneven eyebrows, skin cut or damaged, too much hair taken off or unfriendly service. I've been here a few times and each time the service is unwelcoming. I've tried every person and each of them was horrible at eyebrow threading. I honestly think the 5 stars reviews here is rigged or paid. read more

Today was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and I will never go back to waxing! It was hard for me to make the transition (after 10yrs getting my eyebrows waxed with the same person) Price was reasonable but more importantly I loved the suggestions and the outcome. Hi, so I've been going to Katie at Eyebrows Inc for a while now and I really wish I could find a photo from before so everyone could see how much my brows have drastically changed for the better!! The place I went to before never listened to any of my input, threaded my brows too thing, were rude, and actually sliced through my left brow!! It looked like I got a shaver and sliced it on purpose i was mortified! When I noticed all these good reviews at Eyebrows Inc I decided to give it a try. I've gone to all 3 thread stylists but Katie was the one that really fit. I told her my problem.. she gave me some solutions on making them grow back and about a year later I am in LOVE with my brows! They've gotten so thick it's incredible! So I highly suggest this place but if you're anything like me struggling to grow back your precious brow hairs.. I would also recommend Katie because she knows the deal! read more

I just discovered this amazing threading eyebrows. My first time was yesterday. I was there as soon as they opened for the day. The girl who did my eyebrows did a wonderful job. She took her time and told me to let my eyebrows grow more because one was shorter than the other. The place I went to before messed them up so bad. I have been going here for almost a year now and I usually go to Hector. Well I went in the other day to get my eyebrows done and I just asked for a clean up like usual... well I did not notice until after I left and my eyebrows were completely off!!! I wanted to cry they are so uneven! It's terrible. I never had this experience before and for that I probably won't not go back. Reading the other reviews it looks like Hector does this a lot. One of my brows is shorter in the front and thicker and the end. The other eyebrow is higher in the front and super thin on the end. read more

I've always been curious about threading, but I'm so used to tweezing my eyebrows about once a week that I figured there wasn't really a point. Eventually curiosity killed the cat and I headed down to EyeBrow inc. One thing with threading I was nervous about will that the "threader" would completely ruin my eyebrows!!! We can also thread away hair from all other parts of your face, including upper lip, chin, cheeks, forehead, and even neck. It is much better for the skin than waxing, and it is much more precise as well! We also do brow lamination now!

Although many people don't realize it, eyebrows are actually vital to the look of one's face since they frame the eyes. When someone first looks at you, the first thing they see is your eyes, and a good pair of eyebrows can make all the difference. Our goal at Eyebrows.Inc is to thread and shape your eyebrows so that they draw attention to and truly compliment your eyes. We want to help you make a good impression on whomever you come across. Hi there! My name is Ashita and I run Eyebrows Inc in West Covina. I was born in the beautiful and vibrant city of Bombay (now Mumbai) in India. I have been threading professionally for 8 years now, but I started practicing on members of my family long before that! I take great care to ensure that every client leaves my salon happy. I look at each face and thread the eyebrows in a way that they compliment your face. When I arrived about 10 minutes before their 10 AM opening time, the shop was still closed, but shortly after, I saw the owner arrive and open up. I hadn't threaded my eyebrows since before COVID and had been letting them grow out, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The owner was very kind and professional. When I showed her the style I wanted, she was honest and explained that my brows weren't full enough for that exact look. Instead, she suggested a similar style that would suit my natural brows better--and I'm so glad I trusted her! She was very gentle, took her time, and made sure everything looked great. I really appreciated her honesty and care throughout the process. I'll definitely be coming back!

There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes. The waiting area and the whole studio is very clean, and bright, with comfortable seating, so it feels very hospitable. Poonam was very kind, and very quick to clean up my eyebrows, offering me aloe vera afterwards to soothe the sting. I am very pleased with the result. I was hoping for a pleasant experience in the hopes to make this one my go to place. I called on Saturday morning to see if they had availability and a gentleman answered the phone and said "yes if I can get there asap, they can do manicure and pedicure". I get there in like 15 mins, not 5 because I still had to get ready, that's on me. When I get there he tells me he now has availability for a manicure only, which I'm totally okay with. I took longer than I had said. I was just glad they took me in. Probably 20 mins in with my manicure he came and said they now have availability for a pedicure, which I was happy for, saving me the trip to go somewhere else after... Kathy did a great job with my manicure. As soon as another lady started with my pedicure I told her I had an ingrown nail in my right toe and I would appreciate it if she could get it out. I could see her trying to get it out and I see she pulls a piece of skin and I am thinking she will stop and cut it as soon as she takes it out, instead she keeps pulling my skin to the point where she peels off the front of my skin. A think layer by the way (as you can see in the picture). The gentleman that answers the phone walks around and he did noticed the lady had hurt my toe and didn't said anything. Looks like he is the supervisor or something, I thought he would say something when I was paying, but he didn't. I didn't want to argue because I already knew I wasn't going to come back. I should have taken the advice from one of the bad reviews they have here. Too late to regret it now. It's unfortunate that I paid $98 and walked out with my skin peeled off. I wanted to share my experience in the hopes that this won't happen to someone else. Save yourself time, money, and a bad experience. Go somewhere else. Not worth it. They don't even deserve the one star I have to give to post this.

My nails were previously done elsewhere, but they were already almond-shaped and I wanted to maintain that shape. During the filing process, the technician filed very aggressively and actually cut two of my fingers. Despite explaining the shape I wanted, I never got the result I was asking for. The French tips were the biggest disappointment. They looked uneven and already appeared days old despite being freshly done. Throughout the appointment, I respectfully pointed out areas I wanted adjusted, but each correction seemed to make the lines thicker or more uneven. I felt like my feedback wasn't being heard. The appointment took nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes for a very simple design. As the technician became visibly frustrated, I eventually said the nails were fine because I felt that was the best result I was going to get and I just wanted to leave. When I explained that I needed to go, she still turned the drill back on and started reworking a nail instead of respecting my time. I had to leave to pick up my son from basketball practice, and I shouldn't have had to justify that. The entire experience felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I understand that French tips can be challenging to perfect, but I expected better communication, more attention to detail, and respect for my feedback. Unfortunately, I left unhappy with my nails and wishing I had spent my money elsewhere. I would have preferred a refund so I could have them corrected by another technician.

Ok so today was my first time here. I decided to come here because of all the Yelp reviews and needless to say a lot of the reviews were very accurate. Ashita assisted me today with helping me with my eyebrows. And I must say she was very helpful with helping me create the arch that I want with my eyebrows she was very detailed on what she was doing and what is best for me. I will most definitely recommend coming here yes the wait was a little longer than expected BUT I must admit good work does take time! And honestly the work is amazing! I use to go all the way to chino hills because the places that I have gone in my area were never satisfying BUT as of today this is my new favorite eyebrow threading salon! I haven't had my eyebrows threaded in forever. One day I decided to let them grow out and be reshaped. Today I was in the area for work, I logged on to http://yelp.com in search for an eyebrow threader? After some searching I came upon this place and the rave reviews, noticed it was 10 mins from my where I was and had a yelp deal!! I said to myself let me check it out; I'm so glad I did! It was so fast I was surprised it only took 10mins. And the customer service was splendid. Not only are my eyebrows looking fierce, but it only cost me $5!!! In the five years of getting my eyebrows threaded I've never had anyone thread so hard that it caused abrasions on my skin. If you get Hector, ask him to thread with a softer hand. I made the mistake of equating speed with skill. Something to note: I came in at 6:30 (near closing time) and Hector was visibly fatigued (or maybe aggravated?). Went in for the first time Oct 10 because my usual shop was unexpectedly closed that day. + 2 stars because my eyebrows turned out good. But none more because the threading left mild abrasions on my face. read more

First time here on a groupon deal. I absolutely loved it! The owner is super nice, knowledgable, and really easy to talk to. I love my eyebrows she paid so much attention to detail unlike many other places I've been to. Even though I had a groupon she didn't treat me any differently, which was really important to me. I really didn't need a groupon because her prices are very reasonable I usually pay $12-15. I'll definitely be back to see her again. Totally recommended. read more

Went to this place yesterday and the threader, Ashita, did an excellent job on my eyebrows. I am a pretty hairy guy, so the challenge is making my eyebrows look natural and masculine but also not all over the place.
