I've been coming here for over 8 years and I love it. Staff changes every so often but they are all good that it's not a big deal. Went in for the last two times and it was a little disappointing. They now lock the doors for safety reasons ( I get it ) but every time someone wants to come in they have to stop servicing you to open and close the door. A little inconvenient. Hoping they go back with the open door policy. Overall I'm happy. read more

This is my go to place but today 10-31-25 there was a new lady that I've never seen before been going here for 2 years. Told her to leave the corner of my eyebrow alone and just a clean up. I say this every time I get them done. She proceeds to tell me "honey trust me. I've been doing this for 11 years I know what I'm doing. Trust me". She finishes tells me to look. Immediately saw she trimmed my corners which I specifically said don't touch. Physically sees I get upset told her I had asked to leave the corners alone. She then tells me "no they look better". That doesn't matter ITS NOT WHAT I WANTED AND ASKED FOR !!!! Tell her well I can't glue the hair back can I pay and go thank you. I am very upset how this whole service started and ended. They always do my eyebrows gently and with care. They always get my eyebrows right. Very spacious.

To begin allow me to apologize for not having the older gentleman's name, going on the service was not up to par. My wife having to have a verbal disagreement with the about the service, treatment, continuing on about the environment? First, about the gentleman's name we didn't get. Began with each service on my wife's sister. My wife and mother in law watching. Sanitation, proper hand washing, carful hands and describing each step. Great. Second my wife was up, Nadiya, cleaning before treating my wife wouldn't have been a problem but unlike the first treatment, not washing her hands instead just starting off with just hand sanitizer not wiping the area ask my wife to just lay back on the area and proceed to thread my wife's eyebrows. As it seems it was without care as the gentleman from the beginning had to correct the work my wife was unhappy with, DURING his own work on my wife's sister after hearing how the discussion was going with my wife and said worker. Continuing with my in law Nadyia must have continued to feel something against my wife because again the threading job that was done was uneven, unfinished, left without care, my mothers wife unhappy with the job. My wife's sister and mother both got the tint service as well. The gentleman continued with my wife's sister. Nadyia with her mother, again she may be the employee but my wife knows enough when it comes to asking questions and the response my wife received? Rude, inattentive, brushed off. In the end they both were unhappy with the job. It was left blocky, uneven and felt like they were clowns. Paying was another situation we're my wife had to speak up over the both threading and tint job. Her sisters don't by the gentleman was dealt with in a courteous way. Respectful and understanding. For my wife's mother it's was a problem. Even though she was unhappy with the tint they were going to be charged regardless of how she felt because the service was done and if she was in happy It was a personal problem. The gentleman even questioned her action in charging her mother over the unhappy Service as he just canceled the charge for my wife's sister. Nadyia explicitly expressed her disregard for the gentleman's input along with both my wife and her mother along with this review. This is unacceptable along with the weekend that's coming up. It may not have been her problem with but it began with her. Unsanitary, unprofessional, unhelpful. Egotistical. Is how I would explain this experience. read more

Making this as easy/short to read: -first off the lady there seems unwelcoming. Almost like she doesn't want to be there. Never get a "hello" or "how are you?" It's always just "sing in" "sit there" -She leaves the cotton ball she cleans your eyebrows with on your neck... -rubs/presses the thread so hard I always bleed, looks like a burn almost. And to top this all off she still misses a good amount of hairs. -chews her gum in your ear like no ones business. -And to top it all off she always rushes which results in uneven and thin eyebrows I have traveled around and by far this is the worst threading Place I've been to. This is the first time I had came to this location. I had went in at 6:30 to get my eyebrows done & there was only one female worker there at the time. I did not get her name. She did my eyebrows in a rushing matter and kept telling me my face was sensitive (because she was cutting me) & I need to drink more water?? . I asked for a clean up and didnt get that . There still hairs I need to pluck on the bottom on both side to look clean . They still hurt from the cutting . And she wasn't the nicest . I wish I could get a refund . I don't recommend that worker unfortunately I did not get her name . I also have never been cut the many times I have went to get my eyebrows done . I'm not sensitive. read more

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Every time I go in the same girl is there and there's no greeting. No, "Hi, how are you?" Just a bunch of rude mumbling of "Sign in." and "Sit there." I usually just get my eyebrows done and it's always so rushed here, which I don't understand considering they're never busy when I'm there, that the girl ends up breaking the thread on my eyelid at least 5 times in minutes. Then she just walks away to the counter and expects me to just realize she's done? Yeah, no. Never coming back here ever again. Thank goodness I found a better place down Craig and little bit more & ever since then I realized how much of a hell hole this place is even more. Save your money and go some where else. read more

My 2nd time here I do have very thick eyebrows. Even worse than the first time. I should have learned. The first time I ask for very little taken off. Just clean up a little. They took off so much you could see huge white lines top and bottom from my tan line but it wasn't so bad. I figured I talk to them this time and maybe it wouldn't be so bad. Eyebrows r us is a great place to get your eyebrows threaded. My daughter and I both come here about once a month. It's only $6 and we tip $4. Total $10 and our eyebrows look great. They have other services as well. You can do your whole face if you want. read more

Worst services ever! I always go to this location because it's close to home but I only go when I'm desperate! The lady that always works there has the worst attitude but I just let her be BUT today was just awful! I was going to walk out with one eye brow done. I walked in and she ignores me so I asked her how she's doing and then she starts threading my brows in just a hateful way. She was hurting me really bad! I told her she needed to calm down and she gave me attitude saying that I had long hairs that it was going to hurt but I've been getting my eye brows done for years and never have I endured such pain from it. She literally left my left side all red and the top of my nose because she was being so careless. Once I got up she called Someone else to help me. I just went here and received the worst service of my life.. I came in after growing my eyebrows out for two and a half months and they were super thick, I let the lady know ahead of time that I want her to keep them as thick as possible. Just clean up the line. When she finished and gave me the mirror, I was traumatized. one of my eyebrows was cut off at the end. There are gaps, and my eyebrows went from 2 inches to like 1/4 an inch. I'm literally in tears I am so upset. And at that, she tried to argue with me when I was standing there and did not want to give me her name. I had to ask the other lady for it. Her name was Sanaria. I only started going here because they closed the Craig & Jones location. I've gone a few times and every single time I've gone, the ladies that work there are rude and very unwelcoming. If you come to this location, I recommended Khem. She's been doing my eyebrows for awhile and always does a great job!!!! If you ask her not to take too much off she won't. One time I went and it was her day off and let some other lady do them and I was disappointed. She took too much off and left a gap.
