I honestly don't ever leave bad reviews. I just never come back, but this service absolutely needs a bad review because of the reason being on how I was treated & how things got handled; that they are always so pushy to up charge you but the moment that you point out something that you don't like or you come back for them to go ahead and fix something like I did today; I got my nails done on Saturday did a full pedicure and manicure gel which was 107+ tip and Saturday night my nail breaks. I work a lot so can't come in during the day and took the time out of my day to come in today, which is Wednesday to get my nail fixed and she wanted to charge me $20 when I asked her to go ahead and takeoff the service because I was unsatisfied with the service that she gave me on my nails on Saturday. read more

I'm never the kind to leave reviews even if it was bad for me but this time I decided to take my mom and sister here. I wanted it to be a nice time out and bonding time with them but the ladies that took us in made it a stressful time with very bad customer service. Everything was rushed. It was my second time here and will definitely be my last. I'm sure the owner wasn't there like last time because I'm sure they would not have been acting the way they did. I had to ask them if they can please calm down and not rush the work. As soon as they were done, they rushed to turn on the tv to put the soccer game on and then started yelling and cheering. So we figured that why they rushed our service because they wanted to see the game but at that point I feel like I shouldn't have even paid for the service. Bad experience - First time trying this place, the lady that was doing my pedicure was on her phone the whole entire time (of course with earphones) i don't care if she speaks in her language - but the first and last thing she asked me is what color I wanted for my nails - and after putting nail polish she left without saying a word on how long I will wait for my nails to dry! Until the other employee saw me trying to touch my foot to see if i can leave (nails dry) that's the time she came back and that's the time she gave me the disposable sleepers, like what the heck and not even saying thank you after I tipped her (which I shouldn't have - with bad experience, but still I did) worst nail place I ever been into. read more

Found a good place and the gal was pregnant, went on maternity leave and left me searching again! After trying 5 other places with less than desirable results and the 6th one my nails looked like I did them...and I can't hardly see my nails, I called Linda Nails and Lashes. Today I visited Linda nail and Lashes although the staff was friendly, the facility was clean and nice. yet I feel like I over paid for a basic pedicure and full set. They asked me what type of pedicure I wanted and when I stated which one I wanted she recommended the next one up I let her know that I just wanted the basic one I was still charged for a higher pedicure and I did not get the services of the higher pedicure.
