It wasn't so much the incident itself that frustrated us, but the lack of concern and follow-up care afterward. We had to call multiple times and visit the location several times just to get some guidance on how to care for his skin. When you're performing a procedure as intense as a chemical peel, both the pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care are critical. There should be proactive follow-up with clients to monitor their healing process and provide clear instructions and support regarding aftercare and recommended products. Overpriced for a poor quality service! I took my daughter to have her eyebrows threaded/ cleaned up. She ended up with uneven and one longer and thinner than the other eyebrow. My daughter said the lady was hurting her and being very aggressive. From the start it was bittersweet... I was trying to explain to her how we wanted the eyebrows and she disregarded what I was telling her and cut me off by replying "yeah, yeah I know" like really b?! The place is very deceiving (looks cute but service sucks and overpriced) They have one price on Yelp and they change that price once you get the service (the price board at the shop is removed too) as if people don't realize that SMH! I get my classic lashes done every two weeks here by Shea and they look so good every time. I also get a basic facial done by Shea every so often and it's one of my favorite facials I've ever had. She is so fun to talk to and also uses good products as my skin is very, very sensitive; I've never had an issue. I've been meaning to write a review for this place and keep forgetting. I'm not in Vegas very often but I have work out there sometimes and end up staying for extended periods and man do these brows get bushy. The Divine locations have been my go to. For as long as I've been coming here, they've always been super warm and welcoming. The place is always clean and sanitary. It's conveniently located off the freeway too. During this whole weird COVID era they've managed to maintain safety precautions and cleanliness. I was curious about how threading would work with a mask on but they have the thread around their neck instead. (I will say, this scared me but like I'm not the professional here.) Its also comfortable knowing that there's never really a line so there won't be many people inside and so you'll be away from "crowds." Like their other locations, they have small beverages and refreshments too if needed. I'll be coming back next time I'm in town :) read more

Me and my daughter came in for our eyebrows right before the place was closing. When we arrived home she noticed that she had blood coming from her eyelid and she kept complaining about her eye is sting where the cut was at. We put Neosporin on it contacted the owner bright and early the next morning to tell her what happened the only thing she said was okay just put some Neosporin on it that should help clear it up in a day or two. Duhhhh we put Neosporin on it the same night. Where is the accountability????? My 5 star rating is for the service that I've continued to receive from Shea. I would rate the company on a whole as a 1.5. I've been a client of lash technician Shea since November 2021. I'd only gotten my lashes done one time prior to Shea, when I was visiting California and it was something I wanted to continue to explore. I'd visited Divine Threading (Aliante location) before to get my eye brows waxed and so I asked about their lash services. The front desk rep suggested that I schedule an appointment with Shea. From my first appointment with Shea I knew that she was THE one. From her relatability, her welcoming demeanor, to her attention to detail and effective commication about business policies, available services and prices, I was sold. I explained to Shea that I wanted the Classic set but wanted them to look extremely natural. We looked through some of her photos of other clients so that I could more accurately provide a tangible example; but what also set Shea apart was her knowledge shared as well. Shea educated me on facial features and how certain looks can be more complimentary to certain facial structures (ie: head size, head shape, eye brow alignment, eye shape, etc). She educated me on how to properly care for my lashes especially as a new client who wasn't familiar with getting this service. I would absolutely recommend Shea if your looking for a lash technician and live in the North Las Vegas area!!! Pros: Shea is professional she is efficient and meticulous she is relatable, warm and welcoming she is an effective communicator she is reliable Cons: The biggest con is the customer service and communication from the business itself I've had the front desk reps call me to confirm appointment times and dates that were wrong I've had experiences where Shea was out of town and I booked with another technician I'd never seen before. I showed up to my appt. and after waiting 15 -20 mins was told there was an error in the company system And they double booked Ky. During this specific incident, the front desk informed Ky of my arrival. apparently she told them that she did not have an appt with me and continued with another client she had taken back after my arrival. Not once did Ky come out and introduce herself, ask who I'd been scheduled with or any Sort of direct acknowledgment While I was present. After expressing my dissatisfaction with my experience and highlighting that I no longer wanted to communicate with the office due to their lack of professionalism, customer service and sheer human respect, I was contacted by Ky directly to apologize for her lack of professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Shea as your lash technician but would suggest that Divine Threading owners work on more effectively: Streamlining their appointment system(s) Front desk staff being more informed on appointment times and dates Taking ownership of miscommunication to show you value your clients and their time Technicians being more customer oriented and friendly to all as you could miss opportunities of new clients based on first impressions. read more

Came here earlier today to get my eyebrows threaded. I have been here a few times. Today there was only one threader there who I have never had before. After she finished she had completely taking off the end of one of my eyebrows and over plucked the hair from another. Now my naturally thick brows are extremely thin with patches of hair missing.
