If I could put 0 stars I would. I came in to remove the gel from my nails due to my nursing school guidelines. Very rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. The staff is friendly, but I can't understand why plain dip nails cost $70 here. I was told that cutting my cuticles would be extra, so i just told her don't worry about it. However, the nail tech did it anyway, claiming she would do it "for free this time," as if there would be a next time. I didn't add color because according to the nail tech i the next time I come it would look bad and it would be a different color in the new growth of the nail. So I need to get the same color each time I go, so I chose a pink and it just turned out super clear. At every other salon I've been to, dip with acrylic tips typically costs $45-$55. When I questioned why it was $70, I was told it was because of the shape and the dip--things that are usually included elsewhere. I called around to other salons afterward and found the same service for $50. I don't know if this is normal pricing or what but I won't be coming back. :) read more

Not sure how this place has 4+ rating .... I come in and tell her I want a pedicure and a fill. For my pedicure all I wanted was the exfoliating pedicure that comes with callus removal, and white gel toe. She told me $60. Cool. I told her I wanted to do acrylic on my big toes. She said I don't need it. I told her that's fine, but I still want them. She kept pressing me to not get them and when i just said fine whatever, she gets up and tells me this other lady is going to do my acrylic on my big toe. I said no it's fine. Don't worry about it. She said she's doing it because one toe nail was broken. Then she comes and say it'll be $15 extra. Okay at this point, I'm irritated because why do I have to go back and forth with someone to do what the fuck I asked in the first place? Am i not paying MY MONEY? So give me what the fuck I asked for. Anyways, after this lady finish my fill for my big toes, she asked me what I wanted for my hands. I told her I'm only getting the pedicure here. She said " oh you changed your mind already" girl I know you gotta be joking right?! So the other girl comes back to do the cleaning in my feet. I paid for callus removal. She takes a sponge and stub my feet. I asked her if she can use the cheese grater to get the callus and extra dead skin off my feet. I know that little sponge isn't going to work. It never does. She tried to tell me that I have nothing. Girl stop telling me what I don't have and need. I'm pissed at this point but very quiet and angry, but not making it noticeable. I'm sure my irritation is showing slightly, but I'm fucking angry right now. I reach down and touched the heel of my foot and the side of my foot and told here there are callus here. And I want the grater. I doubled down because girl I sleep in my bed every night hearing these fucking bed sheets go to war cause of these crusty ass feet. Scratching my skin and shit. How the fuck are you going to tell me I don't need the grater? So she doesn't even have a real grater. And barely used it. So now I'm going to have to go home, whip out my little revlon foot spa, and ALL my tools and clean my own damn feet. I'm paying $75 or more for a shitty ass pedicure. $75 for a pedicure!!?! Lmfao this place is a fucking joke. Don't bother wasting your money here. And if you do, too at your own will. Cause I'm not leaving a damn thing here. & I absolutely LOVE TO TIP BIG everywhere I go. OMFG forgot to mention. You have full bars of single in this place, yet you cannot use your phone. Nothing loads. No service. I opted to use this cox WiFi for free for 60 mins only & to have to sign up for it. I came as a walk in on Thursday and was seen immediately, service was fine. My issue is that now on Tuesday, my nail polish is peeling from my gel manicure. It's not chipped paint put peeling of the entire gel polish off the nail. She took me to another place last Thanksgiving that I'd rate at 2 stars. So I definitely didn't want to go back. Anyways, after trying to call around, B Nails was the only place that could take us on a whim and booked us an appointment an hour before closing. From the moment I walked in with my mom, they were very nice. The shop is cute, clean, and organized. Both nail techs that worked with my mom and I were really good at what they do ! Even though our appointments went past closing hours, they never once rushed our jobs or made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. I had a great experience. at this nail salon. I called 3 hours before I had to be at an awards show to see if they could take gel polish off, and the woman was so helpful in trying to squeeze me in without compromising those that already had appointments and I appreciated that. That tells me that they are loyal to their standing customers. The shop itself was clean, they made me wash my hands upon entering while I waited. They were following COVID guidelines with masks and plastic barriers up at the nail stations and between the pedicure seats. The shop was also calm and quiet, not chaotic like most. This made me feel very comfortable. The woman who answered the phone, the owner I'm assuming was very nice and even funny. I've never had this experience at a nail shop with the owner. Usually they just stare at you, speak matter factly and tell you how much you owe. I liked her service so much that I ended up getting a pedi and dipped nails. The only suggestion I would give, is ask for the pricing of the dipped nails prior to getting them or you may be shocked. I ALMOST LOST ALL MY FINGERS TWICE!! Read before you get a service done. I've been coming here for 2 years and getting my nails done for 12. Two months ago I came in for a full set. The application was nice and the color stunning. The nail tech was a bit rough and wet my nails before applying the acrylic. Which I thought was really weird. 5 days later my fingers were still hurting from what I thought was him just being rough, but now they all were super swollen, ripped apart from the nail and puss was coming out. (See photo 1/ yellow crust is dried up puss, fingers extremely swollen and ripping from the nail) I contacted the owner who told me to come in and she'll remove them. She was friendly enough but didn't take my concerns seriously. In a passive aggressive way tried to insinuate it was because of something I did instead of apologizing. She applied some neosporin to my wounds and told me to buy some and use for 3 days and it will go away. IT GOT MUCH WORSE! I had to go to the hospital and put on anti fungal cream twice daily for two weeks. When that didn't work I had to take antibiotics. Over a month later, my hands were finally healed. Lynne, the owner/manager told me to come back to get them done for free by her this time. So I did...stupid me! It was an awkward interaction from beginning to end. She was kind of rough with me, even throwing each hand when she was done filing or painting it. Putting my fingers in weird painful positions. Then, with a smug look on her face she asked me confidently if the neosporin worked expecting me to say yes. When I told her no and explained, her demeanor changed. She knew at that moment I was upset. She then got quiet and upgraded my service to ombré nails. A few hours later my fingers started hurting and got super swollen. It immediately reminded me of what happened last time. After 24 hours I couldn't take the pain anymore and my fingers were so swollen they were turning purplish blue. I was advised to removed them immediately which I did myself. A process which should have been painless was torture. (see photo 2) I'm pissed off and back on anti-fungal cream to start the healing process all over again. My doctor very clearly explained the difference between an allergic reaction and an infection. I had and have an infection. His professional and medical opinion + knowledge is the only one that matters! Not sure if the tools or acrylic powders are sanitized correctly, but the lady beside me did appear to be getting dip powder yesterday. Right in the container. I'm never coming back and I'll be sure to contact the Better Business Bureau. I would hate for anyone to have a similar experience! read more

Diane and I have been coming here for some time now--she for a gel pedicure, gel manicure, and fill; and I for a manicure and pedicure. I used to just get a manicure without polish--and still do;, but after having to wait for Diane to complete her procedures anyway, a few years ago after she kept urging me to get a pedicure as well, I decided "Why not?" and have been joining her for both procedures about half the time she comes here. The place is very clean; comfortable, state of the art leather vibrating pedicure loungers with draining hot water basins are employed; free bottled water is always offered; a spotless restroom is available; and manager Lynn and the rest of the staff are always very friendly and efficient. A few of the technicians mainly speak Vietnamese, and have a poor command of English. But communication has not really been a problem, by sometimes utilizing hand gestures in place of speech. As other reviewers have noted, if there is any fault to be assigned, some of the technicians may be too perfectionistic in their work (which is sort of a backhand compliment!). My last sitting took 1 hour and 45 minutes, but it included calf and arm massages, hot towels applied to legs, rubbed in lotion on arms, and aerosol spray applied to feet, Lately I haven't even had to leave the lounger for a manicure, as the technician has performed her work while standing next to my lounger after the pedicure has been completed. Their are yellow specs that the lady didn't even bother cleaning before putting the clear coat.all corners of my nails are super sharper and are ruff. The whole time I felt like I was bothering the lady by simply asking questions and telling her what I wanted. Getting my nails done is the only time I get to myself where I could relax. The whole time this lady made me feel so uncomfortable, and full of anxiety, I truly just wanted her to stop doing my nails, but I didn't want to make a scene. I found this place on Yelp. After reading a handful of reviews I decided to give them a try. I had a soak off (removing an old full set) a manicure with an acrylic overlay on top (so my nails won't be so brittle) A deluxe pedicure with gel polish on hands/feet. Great women! Clean, quiet, nail salon. I think the lady who did my mani was Lynn. Very sweet lady! My deluxe pedicure was relaxing with a paraffin wax (my first time) my feet are STILL soft. My total was $110 (Lynn charged me for a full set with acrylic which is $45+15 for gel polish, $45 for deluxe pedicure + $15 for gel polish) which I think is very high but I've noticed I have paid these prices at numerous other nail sons ever since the pandemic so I'm happy. My hands/feet look great and clean, 1st time taking a break from the long acrylic nails im use to. I would come here again! I enjoyed it :) read more
