Disappointed... I have been coming here for a while and mainly went to Priya with no complaints ever. Recently she was not in on her usual days. When I asked the new girl when Priya would be in next, I was told she was on vacation or not working that day (she normally works 6 days a week all day). Come to find out, she no longer worked there. I feel like that was very sketchy and they should have been honest. Instead they were just trying to keep Priya's customers. The new girl messed up my eyebrows the last two times I came and took way too much off. My eyebrows are now thin and patchy. I used to come here all the time. Even used to go to their location down in Fort Apache. Never again. The lady that did my full face threading and eyebrows was extremely rude and mean today. Very forceful on my face and kept commanding I do things like "hold" "sit" "stay" like a dog. Never saying please and thank you. I still tipped her but called her out saying that she was very rude and mean. She told me it doesn't matter. Their payment system has been down for 2 months and you can only venmo, zelle, or cash. She watches over you to make sure you pay but even took a screenshot of my account. I asked how much. She's like "you have it in venmo don't you?" Then why look at my account? Her and the other lady were talking bad about the customer that left before me. Basically saying that Priya (she's the one I normally see and is very friendly) is charging the customer the wrong amount and should charge more. They said "they don't understand it's more work for us". Well maybe if you are consistent, fix your payment system, and are nice, you wouldn't have to be bitter all the time. I'm confused as to how this place has such high ratings. I came in on a random weekday during lunch. There were 2 ladies working on a couple so I waited maybe 5-7 minutes for them to be finished. It's a fairly large eyebrow threading shop and they have many random items for sale like iphone cases. The lady I had was nice, but she completely botched my eyebrows!! My left eyebrow had more hair taken off than my right eyebrow and I was asking her to fix it so they'll be even, but she pretended like she couldn't understand me. I even took out a pen to point out the exact area she needs to take off on the right eyebrow to make it even with the left eyebrow and she still was confused??? It was clear as day they were uneven and she couldn't tell for some reason. She blamed it that my left eyebrow just has "thinner hair." Like no lady it's clear that you threaded that line off and all you have to do is just do the same to the right eyebrow. It was my first time getting threading or tinting and I loved the results. The process only took about 30 min. This is definitely something I'll be getting regularly. However, I tried to use my groupon voucher and a lady claimed I'd already redeemed it (I hadn't). She also said she's seen me there before even though it was definitely my first time. Ive been comin to this place for years and Priya use to do my eyebrows and she had my eyesbrows looking fyah, one day I went in and ask about Priya they just said she wasn't there, I needed my eyebrows done bad so I had someone else do them her hands were super heavy she didn't even brush my eyesbrows before threading them they were very uneven she cut too much off. My eyebrows was burning so bad after. The next time I went, and again, they said the same thing when i asked for Priya. So i asked the other lady to do my eyebrows and it was the same issue minus the burning and she actually brushed my eyebrows but she took too much off now my eyebrows are super thin and uneven they are not evening growing back. I've been asking for Priya and they just keep lying about her being away. Also I don't know what's up about paying through zelle but I think there is some tax fraud stuff going on, they keep saying the machine is down but how long does it take to fix the machine .
