Went in for a full face threading an hour before they closed and refused me service claiming it was too close before closing time, been here before multiple times never had an issue until now, but the two Indian ladies that work here do tend to have an attitude but the Hispanic has always been really sweet and does an amazing job at threading eyebrows and never over does them read more

I had gone Saturday and the older lady who did my eyebrows left my eyebrows uneven and took all of my left ends gone and I had called right away after taking a good look at them the other lady had said I can go the next day to get "fixed" which I didn't go since I work overnights so I was going to let it go unfortunately it happened. But today Monday I was checking my account and I got charged $16 instead of $15 and I didn't leave a tip. I had called asking if they charge a fee and they said no and that's when they handed the phone to the owner bita/vita she said oh sorry that next time I go they will give me $1 off? Makes no sense but I said okay whatever and did mention about my eyebrows not liking them etc, I get a call back saying she found my "receipt" and that I did leave a $1 tip with "your handwriting" and I was like no I remember not leaving a tip and leaving it blank and she accused me saying that I did leave a tip and I got offended and I did say maybe your employee added a dollar tip. That got me upset clearly I know when I do tip and don't. I went in person to see what receipt she claims was mine I tell her I'm on the way. I get there she's not there and the Hispanic lady shows me the receipt and it's not mine and owner comes back rude and I go over the receipt and find mine which was only for $15 not $16 yet they charged me for $16 she didn't want to give me the dollar difference back and to dispute it with my bank she "couldn't" do anything about it. I will never be going back to this place. I usually get my threading done down the hill because there is a place I go and love... but now my job isn't down the hill so it's more inconvenient to drive down for threading... thought I'd try this place. Went in, didn't wait too long. Told the lady I want to keep my brow shape and do NOT thin them.... After I was done she completely thinned my eye brows when I specifically told her not to. I have a before and after photo to show... I completely get my eye brows were in need of a clean up, but she could have kept them thick like I like. Then I've had this rash on the one eye brow for 2 days now... I've never had irritation, break ours or redness before and I've been threading for over 10 years. It's itchy and hurts. They do an okay job but are a bit rude. It costed 10$ and I really liked how she offered aloe vera or toner after. She helped show me how to stretch my skin as well. This place closes at 6:00. I got there at 5:45 today, 5/19/21, and one person was in the chair getting services and no one was waiting. One person was working. She told me they were closed. I said, oh what time do you close, your sign says 6:00 pm. She said, yes we close at 6:00. I said, it's only 5:45. She said yes, but we're closed. I said I'm the one who leaves a good tip. (I leave a minimum of 50% tip). I'm a regular at this place (because they do a good job) and this is how they treat their regulars? I didn't expect special treatment, but I did expect that since I got there 15 minutes before they say they close, that they would provide the service (eyebrow threading) and not turn me away. If I do go back, and I'm sure I will if I can't find another place nearby, there'll be no more 50% or more tip. read more

I actually came here on July 10. They don't even seem happy to greet or talk to you. It just made me uncomfortable and awkward to sit on the chair while they worked on my brows. I've had my brows threaded before and it went okay, with little pain, but that is to be expected when having your brows threaded. At this place, however, they were rough and it hurt so much the whole day. I couldn't even touch my brows without feeling pain. Even though they did a good job thinning my eyebrows, I'm going to stick to my regular because they at least have better service and are more gentle when threading my brows. read more

This place is great! Geeta has a gentle touch and takes her time getting your brows just right. I have very sensitive skin and tend to break out with waxing and plucking, but with Greta's threading I only got some very temporary redness that went away a few minutes after. She pays attention to what you ask for and delivers great customer service. Her prices are extremely reasonable as well, especially considering what a great job she does. I went in three days ago with my mom to get eyebrow threading services, it was going ok and the wait time was long because there was only one woman attending. We have been going to her for a while now, we just don't know her name. But help came and I was given to her, she kept going back and threading my eyebrows as if she had made a mistake and I was too nervous to ask. It hurt even and she ended up cutting my skin with the thread. I'll add a picture. But then it was my moms turn with the woman from the beginning, but another customer requested her service as well, so she left my mom on the chair to go attend the other customer. My mom was bothered with that and she left the establishment, I don't blame her. And my eyebrows were threaded too thin. Two women had worked on my eyebrows as if they were fixing the mistake. Went in for a cleanup since I was near the location and the person messed up my eyebrow shape. I was scared for her to touch my other eye brow so she did very little to it. i got my eyebrows threaded today 11/11/21 in the afternoon around 4:30 and I had luckily walked in with only 2 other people in the chairs already being serviced so I was next. After I had already signed in 4 other people walked in & also signed in so it got busy with one lady, a 5th person asking how long the wait is & left instead of waiting. So after the 2 people were done it was my turn and I got my eyebrows done but I noticed when she was done she kept brushing over & over on my eyebrows & brushe's them UPWARD then trimmed them & left them brushed up which I didn't ask her to do. I looked in the mirror thought nothing of it, just though no big deal i'll brush them down when I get in the car, paid & left. After my sister & I drove away I realized i have any entire line straight through my left brow at the front & my right brow now has a bald spot & at that moment I realized she brushed my brows up because she was trying to hide the bald line & bald spot she made. She was rushing through my whole session which lasted LITERALLY 5 minutes which I believe caused her to mess up & caused the bald spots. It's hair it'll grow back but I will never go back to this place. She could have took her time with me EVEN if it was busy as I am paying just like everyone else there too & I genuinely would have not been mad if she would have just told me she messed up & honestly still returned for services again but she tried to style them so I purposely wouldn't notice & rushed the whole 5 minute appointment. read more
