The dr is there ONLY once a month. A "digital" Dr can not give me the other trials. So now, I'm going to have to pay again at another eye provider to have another exam, in order to be able to see. The mono vision didn't work and now I'm left to Wing it! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I will never come here again!!!

As I approached I explained it was my first time and I was looking for glasses. She asked if I had my Rx and when I realized I had forgotten it and I didn't go to Baptist optometrist for my exam it all went downhill. She informed me that she couldn't help me find a frame without a Rx. I asked her if I could bring the Rx the next day. She said she'd have to disinfect ALL the glasses I touched because this pandemic(I work at Baptist hospital I get it) and without a Rx she couldn't pick out my frames. I told her I was sorry for bothering her and that I'd never been told that without a Rx I couldn't just look at glasses anytime so I would just leave. She tried to stop me but by then too late. I really loved some of the frames I saw too. My friend who recommended me said she goes in everytime without a Rx picks a frame then brings a Rx back in, she apologized for the recommendation. Oh well, I tried. Just remember BRING A PRESCRIPTION!
