Her process for brow shaping is so detailed, gentle, and precise. For the most part, she tweezes hairs individually. Not sure what products she's using throughout the process, but it's very soothing. She also takes great care to provide a clean and hygienic experience as well. The shop itself is small but beautiful and she stocks great brow, makeup, supplements, and other products. Her own line of brow gel is great! It is on the higher end of pricing for brow shaping, but I do believe the price reflects the whole experience she creates. I never made it back in due to my schedule. Overall, I won't be returning. In all my years, I've never experienced some forgetting to apply top coat...Then to charge me add-on fees? An unfortunate, poor experience.

The first time I ever had eyelash extensions done was with Rachel about a year ago, I didn't know what to expect and they turned out AMAZING!! They didn't itch or bother my eyes at all, the glue may make your eyes sting a little when they are very first put on but that is the only negative, and she takes the time to dry them thoroughly whereas other technicians don't always take the time for this step. She asked what look I was going for and took into consideration my eye shape and natural lashes as well. With lashes you really need a perfectionist, and I think Rachel is that. They look natural but at the same time noticeable/glam- I would get compliments all the time from friends, family, strangers! They are perfect for a special occasion, music festival, traveling, etc. - you basically don't have to wear any other make-up! I now live in Pittsburgh and have been very disappointed with two different places I went for extensions. I went in expecting the same level of service as Rachel and was dissatisfied on both occasions. They were either too long, sparse, fell out quickly, glued on hastily, etc. It made me appreciate the extensions I had done with Rachel - I thought that was the norm but it really isn't! It's not even worth it for me to get them done in Pittsburgh at all. I just returned to Rachel last week as I was in Ann Arbor for another event, and the resulting look was exactly what I wanted and as good as I had remembered. You are doing yourself a disservice if you go anywhere else, as her technique and finished look is far superior to other places. I have a friend who lives in Las Vegas- where you may think extensions would be more popular or perfected- and she even said my lashes were the best she had ever seen. There is such a big difference between Rachel and everyone else that when I come to Ann Arbor to visit my family, I make sure to save room for an appointment! I did quite a bit of research before finding someone I was willing to trust with my brows, and I am so glad I did! Rachel is the sweetest person and throughout the whole microblading procedure made sure I was comfortable. I have quite a few tattoos, and the discomfort (I wouldn't even call it pain) of microblading is nearly nonexistent. I actually feel asleep during the procedure! My brows looked so nice after the fact that I could go out in public, and even though it's the first day, I know they are only going to get so much better. If you're considering microblading, GO SEE RACHEL. Like, right now. Go. You won't regret it. read more

Rachel, with Eyeconic Lashes & Brows, not only did perfect work but she also was very accommodating! She squeezed me in for an appointment the day after I called her, for my birthday! Spending half of the day with a stranger on my birthday was not what I had imagined but I really wanted my lashed and eyebrows done. 10 minutes into the appointment, I quickly realized that Rachel was not a stranger; she was friendly and adapting and understanding! AMAZING!!!!!! 1. Rachel is the sweetest womman ever! 2. I got the supermodel package which included 60-80 15 millimeter minx lashes and they turned out PERFECT for lack of a better word. 3. A few days later i had only lost maybe a total of 5 lashes (from rubbing my eyes in my sleep) therefore she did it right, not too much glue, not too little. 4. Great price 5. Lovely and intimate little room, i totally fell asleep 20 minutes in. AND 6. She's fast. Like jimmy john's fast. She makes me comfortable and i look forward to our 2-3 week appointments to redo my lashes as they grow. I secured a weekend an appointment to ensure I could stay awake as long as possible and not sleep on my face and ruin my lashes. Prior to the appointment, I received a reminder email and text. The email had all the information I needed to know as a first timer including parking and checking in. Meter parking on the street is easy peasy. I got the lash, lift, and nourish. I use to get my lashes lifted in Cali and did something similar. The process took about 1 hour. If you wear contacts, I recommend wearing glasses to your appointment. Super happy with my results! Especially since I stop wearing makeup during Covid. This is a great pick me up and always make me look fresh.
