I visited in February 2026 for a pedicure after being invited by a friend (I typically have another local salon I go to). Booking was pleasant and I was seated quickly, which I appreciated. However, the service moved much slower than expected -- about 40 minutes in, polish hadn't been applied yet, and it became clear we'd go well over an hour. Since I was short on time, I asked to skip the hot stone portion. I was still charged full price (which I could understand...), plus $5 for gel removal even though I only had gel remaining on half of two toenails. When I got home, I noticed clear top coat had been applied to only one foot. I called about fixing it and was told I could return, but the response came with an attitude. I never made it back in due to my schedule. Overall, I won't be returning. In all my years, I've never experienced some forgetting to apply top coat...Then to charge me add-on fees? I won't go back here. After my last review, I developed a fungus on my nails under the acrylic. The girl who did my nails did not remove any parts of the old acrylic. I even asked her when I was there if I needed my nails replaced and she literally convinced me that naturally our nails are yellow. The next time I got my nails done I had them completely taken off at another salon. Both of my index fingers had gross yellow spots on them that lingered for months until they finally outgrew. I recently went to this salon seeing as it is close to my house and i'm new to the area. the vibes were hella weird my hand was snatched and pulled the entire service with little to no communication. unfortunately i'm used to that seeing as a lot of shops are like this beside that the service was fine, rushed but fine, i asked for french tip with pink on the ends with polkadot finish. my nails have completely began to chip and the paint is falling off and it's only been a week and 2 days, i've never had this much of a noticeable issue and ive been going to nail shops my entire life. i didn't even bother calling bc i don't wanna sit and deal with more bullshit. see the attached photos to see the work that was done and keep in mind... this was only a week and 2 days ago.... and it's this bad.... i work in an office so im not doing hard labor with my hands to the point where this would be caused by impact. i payed $115 and left and $5 tip bc of the service and im glad i did bc this is unacceptable. keep your money or go somewhere else respectfully. read more

I've gone here a few times and usually have a great experience. I can't believe how many talented people they have working there; most of them can do hand painted nail art. It's been fun to have a place that I know I can go to for a recreation of any crazy nail art I find. The only reason this review is not 5 stars is because I had my nails done by one tech recently who did not do a great job. I don't think he had a lot of experience doing what I asked for so the final product was fine--but not as great as I'm used to from this business. When my nails started lifting and breaking (which I've never had a problem with at this place before) it became clear that this was just an issue with that specific tech. So I would highly recommend that you come here--I just think you need to be specific about who you make your appointments with. read more

I called and spoke with the manager, or owner?- can't remember their name, but they were very helpful and polite. I only wanted my old toenail, polish removed, and toenails clipped. Only $15 to have this done and I didn't need an appointment, I just walked right in and was taken right away. Of course she did cuticles too and my toes looked great when I walked out. I'm not sure any other spot in the area offers this limited service, but that's all I needed done, and I thought it was a fair price. I have very sensitive feet and have problems with anyone touching them, but she was very gentle and did a great job, I was out of there in no time. Very nice, clean, friendly place. Horrible experience, will not recommend going here. I went on Wednesday this week to get acrylics, I felt a burning sensation when I was getting them done and it hurt more when she started filing them aggressively. I noticed the tips of the acrylics weren't fully done. They looked ridiculous. I texted Tracy to get them fixed and I went in and got them fixed but she looked unhappy to fix them I immediately felt super uncomfortable. And after she finished fixing them up I looked at them and she said "is there anything else you need?" in a rude tone. I felt very out of place after that comment. I also wanted to mention how my nails looked super grown out for just having them done a few days ago. They look 2 weeks grown out. And I mentioned it to her and she said it's because nails grow. But I have pictures of how my nails looked grown out the SAME DAY, I got them done!! Yet she said it was because nails grow. I decided not to fight over it and I quickly left disappointed. Definitely not coming EVER. again. I also felt super out of place when I payed and she asked me who's card is that?? As if it wasn't mine.. or acting as if I stole it. They also make you wait sooo long. Please go somewhere else and save your money, I payed around $105 for these nails I'm not even happy with. ‍ I attached photos of how grown out they looked the SAME day I got them done, just in case she replies lying or anything. And how bad they looked. Honestly thinking about getting a nail tech instead of going to crappy nail salons ‍ EDIT: She also didn't cut my nails before putting the acrylics on and didn't cut my cuticles. I understand that things can get unexpectedly busy, but when we came in we were not given a word of warning that they were behind schedule. Staff is so so kind and will change anything with no complaints if you are unhappy. Tracy is INCREDIBLE with nail art and will do any crazy design I find on Pinterest and kills it every time. Beautiful job in my nails, even layer of gel on all! But even better is that my nail beds were not in pain after I left. When I did experience burning in one nail he quickly took care of the issue to ease the pain and continued to check if I was okay. I feel torn on this, as I've been coming for awhile to get pedicures and sometimes acrylic. My pedis have always been great. I will say, Mina does an amazing job with pedicures & is always kind. Absolutely recommend her! Actually, everyone who works there is pretty nice...except the owner. I have tried a few times to be friendly with her & she's always rude. Whatever. I tried to just let it go and chalk it up to maybe something is going on in her life that's got her stressed. Then, the last time I got my acrylics done, I had a very similar experience to another person on here who left a 1 star review. Acrylics aren't cheap & I was coming in about every 2-3 weeks to get mine done. I want them to look the way I would like them to look for $67-$77 a visit (plus $20 tip). I had a terrible burning sensation while she did them. She left like the acrylic glue and even some of the spillover acrylic all over my cuticles/sides of my nails and never attempted to remove it; even after were were done. I had to go home and manually do it myself (she didn't even put the oil on my hands when we were done). I don't like my nails very thick and bulky and had asked her to thin them out and I may as well have asked her to remove a limb with how put out she was - visibly. I'm not trying to be difficult, but they looked really bad (a few weeks prior when I had them done there I didn't push the issue and multiple friends had even commented on the fact they didn't look good & were way too thick). There was also all of this spillover acrylic on the underside of the nails that I asked if she was going to fix & she was again visibly annoyed and fixed a few and left a few the way they were. I also like them a little longer and she got snippy with me about getting them shorter, so I just gave up and let her do them the length she wanted. She was so rude the entire time, to the point I just wanted to leave because I felt so unwelcome. Kim usually did my nails & she's so chill; she just wasn't in that particular day and I honestly haven't been back since because I was made to feel like such an inconvenience. It's not like I was being rude & demanding either; I work in the service industry and therefore always try to be kind to the point of letting stuff go when others wouldn't. I'm not asking for anyone to bend over backwards to accommodate me; just give me the service I paid for without making me feel like I've ruined their whole day with my existence. I can't complain about the quality of the pedicures I've gotten there, which is why I had been going for a few years. However, I can get a nice pedicure other places & prefer to support a business that makes me feel like they want & value me as a customer. read more

Had an appointment with Tracy at 4:30. Nobody started on my nails until 5:20. I was really specific about what I wanted in terms of shape, and it was pretty much exactly the shape I came in with. The guy who cleaned off my polish was like yeah, okay. Then I said the same thing to Tracy and she completely changed the shape of two of my nails to something I really didn't like. She didn't seem to understand me well when I was trying to explain why I didn't like it. She fixed them, but still, my acrylics ended up a lot thicker than I like them and the shapes she fixed still don't look really good. The other nails I barely even had her file because of this, and as a result, some of the sides ended up not looking like they should after a fresh fill. Didn't do nail art like I wanted. This is a great local nail & spa shop. I've come out here as my lady has hooked me on "treatin' myself" and we get our peddi on together. I have come to enjoy being pampered and having my toes and feet taken care of, especially after a few summer months when your feet are hard from wearing your sandals/flip flops. Pricing is great (don't accept AMEX tho), and they are open much later than other nail/spa places in the surrounding area which makes this a great place if you have an urge after 6:30 pm (dunno why most places close around that time). read more
