Worst Eyeglass World I've ever encountered. Been there 3 times and the shortest amount of time I've waited was 25 minutes and that's was today when I walked out without being waited on. Always understaffed and the wait time is excessive. Today just wanted to put in some existing frames that I'd bought from Eyeglass World and get my new prescription lenses put in them that I also got from this Eyeglass World. Sat at the desk for 25 minutes waiting to be helped and he kept saying he would be he was busy with customers that did come in after me so I left. This places is just awful, worst one I've ever been in.....HATE IT read more

First time ever visiting because of their promotion of (2) for $120, but now it's (2) For $199. Bait and switch. The promotion, you must accept the lowest common material and lens process. But deviations (upgrades) makes the deal null and void. Got an estimate with my minor upgrades and came to be ~$600 for the (2) pair. read more

It is a very efficient operation with good quality products and a very nice selection of optional lenses and frames. The staff is friendly, competent and ready to help and answer questions. The value is excellent and their warranty service is terrific. It's a great alternative to some of the other Mall operations that are pricing themselves out of the reach of many people. read more

So we were at our appointment 10 minutes early as advised. However the Dr. was not there until 20 minutes after the first appointment and that was not us .. when asked about it they were so rude to the person asking that she left. Beware.... Their advertisements of $89 for two pair of glasses is very deceiving. It first starts with an eye exam which they did a very good and thorough job in doing. Also done at an affordable price. This is completely separate from then selecting of any glasses you may require. When it comes to picking glasses, you can basically get to pairs of "frames only" for that price. Everything else that goes into a pair of glasses is extra. So the type of lenses, which there are 3-4 different grades and options, are additional. To the point you can easily reach $200-$300 for one pair of glasses. If I had a recommendation, just opt for one pair, this will save you some money!! That said, the people that work there were very helpful a pleasant to work with. read more

So after going to Walmart in Venice several times, they couldn't get my contacts right. Doctor didn't listen or reexamine my eyes. The doctor was very dry. Eyeglass World did an amazing job. Doctor is super nice and was very patient with me. She took the time to make sure contacts were right and comfortable. Staff were also very pleasant. I had a problem with an implanted lens that had moved after a hard fall. The staff was so helpful, we tried a pair of glasses to no avail. Dr. Loher was wonderful. She got me a contact lens that solved the problem and refunded the money spent on the glasses. I would recommend this store to anyone needing glasses or an eye exam. Robert G read more

Amazing service. We were greeted with a smile by a gentleman that was with a customer. We waited for about 5 mins then Jamie, who was the nicest lady ever came and asked what we needed. We explained our situation and she was able to take care of it. Which was switching out eye lens from one glasses to another and did it within mins. She was very helpful and extremely nice. Only because I got a refund Nobody apparently cares about customer satisfaction anymore went back 3 times How do you give out glasses,I bought 2pair,with a film covering still on them. Okay taken care of then the frames rubber ends moving on my metal ones been wearing glasses my entire life basically never had any issues like this. Nasty response you want me to glue them? People like to change them? The dog eats them? I don't have a dog!!! Bring back again plastic frames a little large & getting migraines from them. They supply with okay glasses, but the customer service by the sales associates is atrocious! Britney, a sales representative was training a new staff member when she was dealing with my mother and I. She was snarky, rude, and when we asked if the BASIC lenses would cost anything with both pairs of glasses and she stated yes. So we only got the one pair, but the Basic lenses didn't cost anything so we should of gotten another pair free. After we realized she said we would have to buy another set of glasses to get a free pair. Worst experience of our lives and we feel like we got scammed by this place. Would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a deal on glasses. On the contrary, the doctors are fantastic they do such a great job with getting you in and out on time and they are super sweet. This review is not about the Doctor, because I never got to see him. It's about the scheduling. I scheduled an appointment and soon before my appointment date they called to say there was an issue and I had to be rescheduled 3 weeks out. So it was about a month and a half of waiting, total. I had an incident with my phone GPS and it took me past the location and around in circles. I called the office for directions and said I was coming. I was 15 minutes late. They said my appointment would have to be rescheduled. I advised them I would not be back. read more

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter, who has limited availability as a teenager, so we had booked a Saturday afternoon. I booked a 3:45 pm slot. I actually have a confirmation email saying 3:45. On the way there I pulled up a text from EyeglassWorld to get the exact address and noticed that the text said 3:30. We were filling out paperwork there at 3:42 and the optometrist's receptionist ( long red wavy hair) told us because we were more than 10 min late ( we were 12 minutes late for a 3:30 and EARLY for a 3:45 and I have confirmations of both times) she would reschedule us for next Saturday. She said it was not fair for other patients to wait because we were late. There was no one else there, including no one showing up for the 3:45 spot, though it was now after that. I politely asked if there was any way to be worked in, especially because I had confirmations for both times. She maintained her stance, without looking at my two opposing confirmations in hand, that we would disrupting everyone else there. ( still no one else had come in and all visible rooms were dark) In the entire time I was lectured by her, no one else had come in and the 3:45 spot would have been past 10 minutes late, as well. I understand rules and procedures, particularly when they promote efficiency. However, when a customer-facing employee only cares about enforcing a procedure without bothering to ascertain information of the full situation from the customer, that employee is in the wrong position. My entire family had appointments booked here; this visit was the first of 5. Needless to say, we won't be coming back and will go where the business actually wants our business. After all, having customers not just come in but COME BACK is what pays the payroll so that employees can wield their hammer over two minutes within a completely empty exam area. read more

I wanted new frames and decided to walk into Eyeglass World just to check them out. The sales person (Venus) was most helpful, friendly and not pushy. When I found the frames I liked, she quickly checked my insurance coverage and gave me the option of getting a 2nd pair for just about the same price as for 1 pair. She did not try to oversell, which was refreshing to experience. The glasses were ready when promised. I'm very happy to have walked into this store! Happy to recommend to others. read more

We went to Eyeglass world to get my mothers glasses repaired as they broke while she was staying in the area. Paul Jaikaran, the general manager was so helpful and quickly helped her with a fix for now and offered solutions for her next eye exam due to her some of her complications. He also gave her great advice and said they can absolutely help her when she is ready for her new glasses. He was so helpful and kind and will definitely be going back.
