Have had numerous problems last 2 years. Prescription made wrong and was told my eyes would adjust. Lens has stress fracture before a year old. Another Lens eroded from frames then told the frames would not work with my prescription so had to purchase new frames. Complained over and over and Was told by manager not to come back!!! read more

I have used Eyemart Express for several years. I bought a pair of frames and for some reason they didn't work. I took them back 2 times and exchanged them. I worked mainly with Kimberly and she was a saint, to say the least. She helped me pick out the frames and was so patient and courteous. Hubby needed glasses for the first time so we looked up a couple of local places. This was our first stop and where he ended up buying his glasses. Never before have I gotten my glasses the same day I ordered them. But that's what they do here. He picked out his frames (after 5pm, mind you) and he was told he would get a text when they were complete. Just as we finished dinner across the street, the text came and the glasses were ready. I have been coming for 6-8 years and love Eyemart Express. The eye doctor is incredibly friendly and actually explained to me that I have congenital cataracts on top of an astigmatism - something every other eye dr. has failed to mention. On top of being nice and making jokes, he didn't make me feel crazy when I told him most contact solutions irritate my eyes or when coming in every other year instead of every year (life pro tip: order extra contacts right before your prescription expires if your prescription hasn't changed in years). Additionally, their prices of incredibly fair. Most pairs that I have bought are $50 or less, with the exception of my 2 pairs of prescription sunglasses (100000% recommend, they save my life when driving) which were around $100. The glasses are done within 24 hours as well, so I never have to wait! read more

My husband and I received excellent service at thi location. Allie is so friendly and knowledgeable. She spends time offering advice on fit and style. Decent selection, I have to buy kids frames and they had some stylish ones. We did have to wait a couple weeks for glasses because we got anti glare etc on them but that was expected. The staff is super friendly. The eye doctor there is amazing. That said, they are limited in their selection. The prices are good to average but it took forever to get my glasses. For a place that says most prescriptions are available in 24 hours, everyone I've spoken to (including myself) has waited over a week for their new glasses. I only give 3 stars because the staff is super friendly and the ophthalmologist is awesome. read more

Horrible service...long waits . Way to busy under a total lack of staffing. If you have hours to waste this is your place. I just don't know way they don't staff more people to take care of current and new customers. I am going to a place that will take care of me..... and not tell me to have a seat because several people are ahead of me.. read more

Cindy was fantastic! She was courteous and knowledgeable. She helped me with choosing appropriate lenses and add ons for the frames that I selected. She also looked at different scenarios with my insurance to minimize my out of pocket. The BEST thing she did was noticed that my two prescriptions were incorrect. The independent optometrist that I used switched the right eye strengths in my near sighted and far sighted prescriptions. Cindy caught it, called the optometrist and got it straightened out. She saved me and Eyemart Express a lot of time, aggravation and money. Well done Cindy! read more

I just came back from this store, the person that was at the window was rude. We was out in the front of the store. Nobody told me or my grandson that you didn't sign in out there. He needs his glasses fixed or new ones and contacts. Our appointment was at three, we was back there at three fifth teen. That was to late for contact appointment. She won't see him because she didn't have the physical insurance card. Dad was there last week with the oldest. No that wasn't good enough, the physical card was needed . I got told that at least five times. Don't recall being hard of heard. I walk outside thinking how long it has been since I slap the crap out of someone. I don't like when you get talk down to. I know that I'm going to make me a appointment so I can be a bitch like her without me grandson!!!! Don't go here if they let someone like that work there. I would fire her!!! read more

I came in right before closing and received excellent service. They went through different options even though by this time they were closed.
