Picked the glasses out and went to pick them up when they were ready. I tried them on and couldn't see. Had to wait until the next day for a new exam. The appointment was for 10am but there was no staff there. They strolled in about 20 minutes late. Got the new script and the lady told me they questioned the first script but the Dr said it was correct. Got my second pair of glasses and I am still using my old glasses because I work in an office and need to be able to read. Now I can't get them to return my call to set up another appointment and miss a 3rd day of work to get a script that works. What is up with this? I have used my insurance so I have to wait another year to go somewhere else. I'm very unhappy and am stuck with glasses that don't help me see. Why won't they return my call?
